GBGood experience altogether The company's website is not always reliable - my upfront payment was taken off my bank account several times and it took several days for the undue expenses to be refunded - but this was a bug and not dishonesty. When on the premises, be prepared to be strongly advised to pay for an insurance. They say that baskets are included in the price, this is not possible if you want a men's bike. Also, they don't have toilets for their consumers and send you to the nearby pizzeria, which I find weird. Good points are that the bikes they provided are pretty good, and the tour itself was interesting. Group size is actually limited to 15 people, an appropriate number.

GBThis was one of the best parts of my recent visit to New York City! This tour was great--it was a relatively small group (about 15), the weather was cooperative (I know the company didn't control that, but it was nice anyway), and our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the pace just about right for the group. I wish I had had time to walk the entire park, but I feel like I got to see some of the best of it, and with the help of the guide, knew what I was looking at. I highly recommend this tour!

GBgreat service We rented 4 bikes to tour central park. one had a derailer problem while we were by the boathouse. We called and they rode a replacement bike to us in minutes and gave all of us an extra hour of time. great service.

CAbad and good experience the bicycles chains fell off constantly . We had to pay a penalty fee of $20 because we were late 5 minutes but the 5 minutes was lost in line when we got back !!!!!!!

GBNot the guides fault Company refused to refund or credit a portion of our fee when we were unable to complete our tour in Central Park. They shouldn't have sold that time slot when they knew there would be road closures within the park due to a concert that has been prearranged. That being said, great guide.
