I really have excellent experienced… I really have excellent experienced with Gifty and Raman. Both were very professional when I dealt with them. I never thought that they would be that much helpful when I was trying to setup flight booking and the seats confirmation. They provided me the price that I wanted to pay for and Gigty got back to me right away. Gifty knows her work that means she knows how to deal and how to take care of a customer rather than let them somewhere else. That was very good! Thank you for her outstanding sales performance and dedication when taking care of a cusotmer. She is very hard working person and an expert harndling customer. Gifty keep up the good work!!! Raman is the go getter! Who knows how to get the customer. Raman has a very good attitude and manners which make the world of difference. He kept on following up with me and make me buy the ticket from there even though I was hesitating. Good person, good work ethic and calm and quiet when dealing with a customer. Both are excellent!!!

Excellent customer service by Peter I worked with Peter and he provided excellent customer service for my air travel booking from JFK to Mumbai. When I decided to break journey and add a stop, Peter within couple of hours provided fare which is again reasonable fare as compared to any other online websites. Peter was available 24/7 and responded quickly to my travel needs. Ultimately I booked with myflyyatra which is way below than other websites. I would recommend myflyyatra without any hesitation.

Worst experience I am having similar experience with this company I had the flight booked on Lufthansa Due to COVID 19 flights are cancelled , now instead of refunding the amount the company is forcing me to go with open ticket I should have booked directly with airlines , all my friends who had their booking done directly already got their full refund I will never book through them

Agent explained why it happened in the past. The security around payment processing is very impressive.
