Excellent service! Mike patience and courtesy was… Mike patience and courtesy was outstanding. He spend lots of time on 6-28-2023 with no pressure until we were completely satisfy and assure that the reservation was made. We were concerned that the reservation was there but the tickets were not issued; he patiently assured us and calmly guided us. He called today to follow up and informed us that the tickets were issued. Thank You for helping us!

Avoid at all Cost Avoid at all Cost: As per Mike they only care about booking your ticket. The agents don't care to verify requirements specific to Advance Parole and hastened my wife to get a Lufthansa booking and dont seem to care.

Great service provided by Gifty and Raman Simply put both Gifty and Raman helped me get a very good deal for my air ticket even though I did not give them a lot of advance notice for booking my flight. Both helped me get my e-ticket the same day I booked my flight and I also got my confirmed itinerary before I paid using my credit card. And they provided me some nominal discount too. Their price was much better than all other quotes I got for the same booking from other vendors too. I was able to get my meal selection input with my booking and got seats of my choice too. Very Happy to work with MyFlyYatra again.
