I never thought that they would be that much helpful when I was trying to setup flight booking and the seats confirmation. They provided me the price that I wanted to pay for and Gigty got back to me right away. Gifty knows her work that means she knows how to deal and how to take care of a customer rather than let them somewhere else. That was very good!
