This was one of my best experiences of… This was one of my best experiences as a tourist. Our guide was knowledgeable, and has a beautiful Voice. He was funny and very creativa person. He went beyond my expectations. I had never been in Hawai and had a wonderful overview of it. I highly recommended it! Thank you!!

Trust Best of Hawaii’s Customer Service I booked a 5hour guided kayaking tour I found on Best of Hawaii. It was with Sun and Salt Adventures Hawaii - Oahu: 5 Hour Guided Na Mokulua Island Kayak Tour. Best of Hawaii's Adin has been a lifesaver and answered all my questions. However, the kayaking tour was not a great experience with a poor outfitting of a tiny tandem kayak and a pfd that was too big. My boyfriend is over 6' tall. He was paddling with his knees at his chest. He was so uncomfortable. We capsized because the kayak was so unbalanced and seats were not adjusted properly. My pfd was floating above my head because it was too big. Our guide did not seem too concerned about safety or about using the best route with the tidal conditions. Best of Hawaii apologized for this terrible experience and did offer a customer appeasement. I appreciate Best of Hawaii and Sun and Salt worked with me on this truly bad experience. Best of Hawaii listened to me and was very understanding.

Great trip to the Napoli coast! Great trip to the Napoli coast. The staff of Holoholo charters did an excellent job of everything, from piloting the boat to talking with each guest to advice on seasickness. Unfortunately there were 4 boats in the same location at the same time, so you can up sell single boat tours. They should have included advise on caring for our oceans, wildlife & reefs. As it was, some who were snorkeling were swimming down to pull on the coral.

I booked the Star of Honolulu dinner… I booked the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise and made a mistake in the booking. I booked 5 people instead of a party of 4. the representative immediately called me back to notify me of my mistake and refund my money for the additional ticket. Once we arrived at the dock it was easy and accommodating to pick up the tickets. my mother was in a wheelchair and was not looking for any special treatment. We were all in line waiting to board when a member came over and escorted my mother up the ramp onto the ship and brought us to our table. The waiter, dinner, and show were all above expectations. I would recommend this experience.

PCC and island tour We booked a tour+visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center Driver was great, explaining a lot of what we saw and the historical context. Very entertaining as well, kept us looking out the windows and laughing. Some issues - A little too many comments on the "government doesn't do it's job" line. Tell me the facts and I can decide for myself. Also, more for the tour description - it mentions seeing the LDS Temple. Viewing it from a distance while driving along didn't really qualify. Also had an issue with the tickets. At the price we thought we were getting the VIP tickets, but it was not so. No difference booking through BestOf and booking with the Polynesian Cultural Center directly.
