GBIf there was a zero stars option it… If there was a zero stars option it would be chosen! I ordered the 24 hour passport option and was told a representative would call back but it was July 4th and they was closed. I called on 4/5 and was told no slots available for that service so i requested a refund. Came back from vacation and checked on refund via phone since none of my emails was responded to. Was told a refund request would be put in again. Called to check on it a week later and was told my card company wouldn’t except the refund hmmm and that I needed to file a dispute with my bank. I didn’t understand why but i did it as soon as i got off the phone. I explained everything to my bank and they had to do an investigation one month later my bank says you made the transaction. I said i know i did but that this company came back and said i didn’t cancel within 24 hours which was a lie! I was told i was eligible for a refund repeatedly until I call back again and was told I am now not eligible because I did a dispute against their company and made them look bad.WHAT? You told me to do the dispute. Then I spoke with Roddy whom stated stop calling because I’m not getting a refund and nothing is going to change. She was there when Sherris was talking to me previously and she stated you did a dispute and are not eligible because you really made our company look bad. The audacity of these “supervisors”. Also you have to put a request to even have a supervisor call you back which is absurd. Please be careful with this company it is an absolute nightmare dealing with people who gave disgusting attitudes. Also was told by Sherris that she reviewed the original phone conversation which was a lie because I told her if you are listening to it then you can hear your representative telling me to do the “charge back” and me telling her are you sure. She gave me attitude and stated I started a chargeback before I even requested a refund (NOT TRUE) I also offered to get all my dates and records from my card company to send them as proof but they didn’t want yo hear it. What a SCAM!

GBBooked a flight for my daughter from… Booked a flight for my daughter from Orlando to St Lucia only to realize 5 days before her trip that her passport had expired. There was no way that I would have been able to get her passport using the normal channels. I contacted Expedited Passports & Visas and spoke with Adria she was amazing. In just s few minutes she explained and started the process of getting my daughter's passport. Received my daughter's new passport via FedEx within 3 days. Adria thank you so very much. You are a rock star.

GBI received someone else’s passport and birth certificate! I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

GBI had a different experience from what… I had a different experience from what the reviews share. Thinking that the site was a faster renewal service online, I quickly realized I was mistaken and called the service less than an hour from purchase and talked to a guy (?Matt) who poorly explained what happened. I few days later I called back, this time talked to Kai, who explained very well the misunderstanding and offered an immediate refund.(Though he said there was no record of my previous call). Ten days later I called to follow up and Ariel explained it would be up to 21 days and partial refund. Ooofta. DEFINITELY keep a record of who you talk to during your process.

GBWORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4's… WORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4's OF THE FEE AND THE SHIPPING FEE THAT I PAID BUT I COULDN'T USE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EMAIL THE SHIPPING LABEL... I emailed the completed forms and repeatedly received requests to revise a form/forms; always after 2 pm with no responses after 5 pm or on weekends. I submitted the final form Sunday afternoon and was told that once they received the final revision they would email the FedEx shipping label. I emailed Monday Morning requesting the FedEx label and at 2:44 pm requesting the label. My flight was late on Wednesday but no response until I received a cellphone call just before 7 pm on Monday; it was no longer possible to complete the renewal process. The day before my flight I was once again told that I had to provide revisions. This time I had to change the date of my flight and provide a different itinerary with a different date for my flight and now I had to revise the date on my passport renewal application DS-82. They refused to send the FedEx shipping label and would not respond to emails on the Monday two days before my flight until 6:44 pm when I couldn't possibly get to FedEx after the "final revision" on the Monday two days before my flight. Tuesday the day before my flight I began receiving phone calls and emails first thing in the morning. It was obvious that it was not possible to renew my passport at that time; I had to cancel my flight or loose the money for the flight. I was told that I would receive a refund; I received less than 1/4 of the money I paid.
