While this service is more expensive than your typical passport, the convenience is worth every penny. I would've driven over 4 hours both ways to the next in-house government expediting services. The service was great.. The service was great... the only feedback I have is please ship the passport back in a water-proof envelope. It was left on my front door step in a standard paper FedEx and the rain soaked it through. Thanks, Chris

I received someone else’s passport and birth certificate! I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

They are a real company, service depends on manager They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.
