Passports needed for children - 5-STARS ALL THE WAY I work with a Local Government agency and we needed Passports for a client very quickly. Our Case Manager, Lasia H., was nothing short of AMAZING. She worked diligently and patiently with our client and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order, knew what to send back, had our shipping label, and knew when to expect the documents. They are a real company, service depends on manager They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.

worst service on the… worst service on the planet...........lying scumbags who dont deliver expeditied service, just take the cash. snail mailed my passport request to govt. took 18 days for mail and still cant tell me when i'll get it back $#^!#$#^^$##$

BEYOND EXCELLENT BEYOND EXCELLENT. They "held our hands" throughout the whole ordeal of not having son's passport in time. Brigitte answered all of our questions-even when we kept calling her back and asked MORE questions. I would highly highly recommend this company if you are in same situation.
