Originally Originally, I tried to handle my multiple entry business visa to China on my own. I quickly realized there was too much room for error. I found Expedited Passports and Visas online. They connected me with Bridgette who walked me through the entire process. In exactly 5 business days (from them receiving my passport and papers), I had visa in hand! I received someone else’s passport and birth certificate! I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

The service was great.. The service was great... the only feedback I have is please ship the passport back in a water-proof envelope. It was left on my front door step in a standard paper FedEx and the rain soaked it through. Thanks, Chris

Everything went as planned and I… Everything went as planned and I received my new passport in 1 week. My only suggestion, send an e:mail when the passport is received by processing. I didn’t get one.
