it was fast and simple as we got the… it was fast and simple as we got the passport within 6 days including non working days..but its expensive

Everything went as planned and I… Everything went as planned and I received my new passport in 1 week. My only suggestion, send an e:mail when the passport is received by processing. I didn’t get one.

She worked diligently and patiently with our client and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order, knew what to send back, had our shipping label, and knew when to expect the documents. I received someone else’s passport and birth certificate! I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

Originally Originally, I tried to handle my multiple entry business visa to China on my own. I quickly realized there was too much room for error. I found Expedited Passports and Visas online.
