GBworst service on the… worst service on the planet...........lying scumbags who dont deliver expeditied service, just take the cash. snail mailed my passport request to govt. took 18 days for mail and still cant tell me when i'll get it back $#^!#$#^^$##$

Had to upgrade my package due to flight changes, only cost an extra $20 and was met with patience and understanding. While this service is more expensive than your typical passport, the convenience is worth every penny. I would've driven over 4 hours both ways to the next in-house government expediting services. GBI was skeptical at first but turned out great! This company works with an online portal. I had to upload and submit pictures of documents I prepared for my daughters' passport renewal. This portal helps the company see and make sure I filled everything out correctly. When I uploaded and submitted documents and subsequent revisions I didn't get a response back (for days!) which was frustrating. But then I learned: YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY YOUR CASE MANAGER EVERY TIME YOU UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND REVISIONS. Do NOT wait for them to check your portal progress. Once I understood this, everything was done in a peep! I received my daughter's passport before the date I had anticipated. Success!

GBWORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4's… WORST SERVICE EVER and THEY KEPT 3/4's OF THE FEE AND THE SHIPPING FEE THAT I PAID BUT I COULDN'T USE BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT EMAIL THE SHIPPING LABEL... I emailed the completed forms and repeatedly received requests to revise a form/forms; always after 2 pm with no responses after 5 pm or on weekends. I submitted the final form Sunday afternoon and was told that once they received the final revision they would email the FedEx shipping label. I emailed Monday Morning requesting the FedEx label and at 2:44 pm requesting the label. My flight was late on Wednesday but no response until I received a cellphone call just before 7 pm on Monday; it was no longer possible to complete the renewal process. The day before my flight I was once again told that I had to provide revisions. This time I had to change the date of my flight and provide a different itinerary with a different date for my flight and now I had to revise the date on my passport renewal application DS-82. They refused to send the FedEx shipping label and would not respond to emails on the Monday two days before my flight until 6:44 pm when I couldn't possibly get to FedEx after the "final revision" on the Monday two days before my flight. Tuesday the day before my flight I began receiving phone calls and emails first thing in the morning. It was obvious that it was not possible to renew my passport at that time; I had to cancel my flight or loose the money for the flight. I was told that I would receive a refund; I received less than 1/4 of the money I paid.
