worst service on the… worst service on the planet...........lying scumbags who dont deliver expeditied service, just take the cash. snail mailed my passport request to govt. took 18 days for mail and still cant tell me when i'll get it back $#^!#$#^^$##$

They are a real company, service depends on manager They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.

Silly rules, savvy company! Why do US passports have expiration dates if you have to renew them before their expiration if traveling within 6 months of that date??? I digress... without the help of Expedited Passports and Visas this silly rule could’ve caused a big problem on travel day. Luckily we found them and we were all able to travel safely and without complication for the trip of a lifetime. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient every step of the way. Thank you guys again!

BEYOND EXCELLENT BEYOND EXCELLENT. They "held our hands" throughout the whole ordeal of not having son's passport in time. Brigitte answered all of our questions-even when we kept calling her back and asked MORE questions. I would highly highly recommend this company if you are in same situation. Everything went as planned and I… Everything went as planned and I received my new passport in 1 week. My only suggestion, send an e:mail when the passport is received by processing. I didn’t get one.
