Passports needed for children - 5-STARS ALL THE WAY I work with a Local Government agency and we needed Passports for a client very quickly. Our Case Manager, Lasia H., was nothing short of AMAZING. She worked diligently and patiently with our client and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order, knew what to send back, had our shipping label, and knew when to expect the documents. Overall, our experience with Lasia and the company was OUTSTANDING. 5-STARS ALL THE WAY!

Everything went as planned and I… Everything went as planned and I received my new passport in 1 week. My only suggestion, send an e:mail when the passport is received by processing. I didn’t get one.

I received someone else’s passport and birth certificate! I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy’s life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy’s stuff to him. They didn’t give any explanation and didn’t seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a “mix up” in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I’m not so sure.

Adria Adria, was sooo helpful, helped through the 24hr process till passport was issued, she is so effecient and was always kind, courtious and promptly reposponded to emails or any queries we had. She is amazing, shes a Star. Thanks again Adria, and your team. Would recommend you to friends and family..
