GBThey are a real company, service depends on manager They are a real company ( not accredited with BBB but a real company ) and can provide the services. It appears they have excellent case managers and poor case managers. Kevon G is a poor (not horrible) case manager so if you get him request another, ( Artificial intelligence would have been better, lol!). We did get the passport in time.

GBBEYOND EXCELLENT BEYOND EXCELLENT. They "held our hands" throughout the whole ordeal of not having son's passport in time. Brigitte answered all of our questions-even when we kept calling her back and asked MORE questions. I would highly highly recommend this company if you are in same situation. GBI had a different experience from what… I had a different experience from what the reviews share. Thinking that the site was a faster renewal service online, I quickly realized I was mistaken and called the service less than an hour from purchase and talked to a guy (?Matt) who poorly explained what happened. I few days later I called back, this time talked to Kai, who explained very well the misunderstanding and offered an immediate refund.(Though he said there was no record of my previous call). Ten days later I called to follow up and Ariel explained it would be up to 21 days and partial refund. Ooofta. DEFINITELY keep a record of who you talk to during your process.
