They connected me with Bridgette who walked me through the entire process. In exactly 5 business days (from them receiving my passport and papers), I had visa in hand! USThe service was great.. The service was great... the only feedback I have is please ship the passport back in a water-proof envelope. It was left on my front door step in a standard paper FedEx and the rain soaked it through. Thanks, Chris

USSilly rules, savvy company! Why do US passports have expiration dates if you have to renew them before their expiration if traveling within 6 months of that date??? I digress... without the help of Expedited Passports and Visas this silly rule could’ve caused a big problem on travel day. Luckily we found them and we were all able to travel safely and without complication for the trip of a lifetime. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient every step of the way.
