Great Service - Great Team! I have worked with Ambassador Passport and Visa Services at least 5 different times, for my companies executives...and they really know what they are doing!! I have never been disappointed, even when in an expedite situation! They know exactly how to guide me through any needs, and always follow through as promised!! Satisfied tourists. Ultimately, I received my passports and visas in a timely manner for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to another family member. I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.

The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I depend on Ambassador for my work travel needs! I have used Ambassador Passport and Visa several times, as I go to Africa once a year for work. They have helped me acquire multiple visas from multiple countries for each trip and have stayed on top of each embassy to make sure I received my passport in time for my trip. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladan (not sure of spelling) really knows her stuff!
