VISA arrived too late My VISA for India arrived a week after I was supposed to fly out. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Promises for arrival of the Visa kept coming but to no avail. Blame was placed on the Indian visas issuing authority, but again, I have no way of knowing whose fault it was. But again, I was totally relying on Ambassador.

Absolutely and utterly disappointed Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE… A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... YET SOME ARE STILL FRAUDULENT. THANKYOU FOR HELPING ME AQUIRE MINE.
