While the experience in shop was quick and easy, when they sent me out to USPS there were some hiccups that had to be resolved (Particularly about not having an appointment). Overall I would use them again if I need to.

After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE… A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ...
