Great Service - Great Team! I have worked with Ambassador Passport and Visa Services at least 5 different times, for my companies executives...and they really know what they are doing!! I have never been disappointed, even when in an expedite situation! They know exactly how to guide me through any needs, and always follow through as promised!! Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.

I depend on Ambassador for my work travel needs! I have used Ambassador Passport and Visa several times, as I go to Africa once a year for work. They have helped me acquire multiple visas from multiple countries for each trip and have stayed on top of each embassy to make sure I received my passport in time for my trip. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladan (not sure of spelling) really knows her stuff!

Absolutely and utterly disappointed Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible
