VISA arrived too late My VISA for India arrived a week after I was supposed to fly out. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Promises for arrival of the Visa kept coming but to no avail. Blame was placed on the Indian visas issuing authority, but again, I have no way of knowing whose fault it was. But again, I was totally relying on Ambassador.

Great Service - Great Team! I have worked with Ambassador Passport and Visa Services at least 5 different times, for my companies executives...and they really know what they are doing!! I have never been disappointed, even when in an expedite situation! They know exactly how to guide me through any needs, and always follow through as promised!! Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

Several Instances of Unreliable Service We have used Ambassador several times. Each of the last two times the company has returned our passports to us missing visas for one of the countries we needed for our trips and for which we had paid hundreds of dollars. We did get a refund but it was very subpar service and in one instance put us in a precarious time crunch. Will likely not use again although we travel constantly and need a reliable service.

I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible
