Satisfied tourists. Ultimately, I received my passports and visas in a timely manner for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to another family member. I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.

After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel.
