Absolutely and utterly disappointed Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE… A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. I had to get a passport and a visa… I had to get a passport and a visa quickly. I went to ambassador's location as recommend to me by Ladan. While the experience in shop was quick and easy, when they sent me out to USPS there were some hiccups that had to be resolved (Particularly about not having an appointment). Overall I would use them again if I need to.

VISA arrived too late My VISA for India arrived a week after I was supposed to fly out. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Promises for arrival of the Visa kept coming but to no avail. Blame was placed on the Indian visas issuing authority, but again, I have no way of knowing whose fault it was. But again, I was totally relying on Ambassador.
