Reliable, I don't use anyone else now. The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did. Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.

Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.

Satisfied tourists. Ultimately, I received my passports and visas in a timely manner for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to another family member. I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.

I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... YET SOME ARE STILL FRAUDULENT. THANKYOU FOR HELPING ME AQUIRE MINE.

Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!
