Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. They have helped me acquire multiple visas from multiple countries for each trip and have stayed on top of each embassy to make sure I received my passport in time for my trip. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladan (not sure of spelling) really knows her stuff!

Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.
