Several Instances of Unreliable Service We have used Ambassador several times. Each of the last two times the company has returned our passports to us missing visas for one of the countries we needed for our trips and for which we had paid hundreds of dollars. We did get a refund but it was very subpar service and in one instance put us in a precarious time crunch. Will likely not use again although we travel constantly and need a reliable service.

Ms. Ladan leads a professional team of experts when it comes to time sensitive visa and passport for business or pleasure trips. This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Reliable, I don't use anyone else now. The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did. Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.
