I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.

Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.
