I have been using Ambassador Passport services since 2010 I have been using Ambassador Passport and Visa Services since 2010 and have been extremely satisfied with their services. Ms. Ladan leads a professional team of experts when it comes to time sensitive visa and passport for business or pleasure trips. Even though we live in Florida now but we still use Ambassador Passport and visa services for all of our passport and visa needs.

Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

Reliable, I don't use anyone else now. The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did. Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.

Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

Ambassador Passport and Visa Services… Ambassador Passport and Visa Services have earned my lifetime loyalty. What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process.
