Reliable, I don't use anyone else now. The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did. Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.

THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.
