Satisfied tourists. Ultimately, I received my passports and visas in a timely manner for what I thought was a reasonable fee. I have already recommended them to another family member. I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me. I travel so seldom, I must admit that I was on pins and needles for weeks while I heard nothing.

This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

Ambassador Passport and Visa Services… Ambassador Passport and Visa Services have earned my lifetime loyalty. What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. Feel so very lucky to have found them and will not hesitate to call them again. I feel they are family for all that they did for me. Suzanne

I had to get a passport and a visa… I had to get a passport and a visa quickly. I went to ambassador's location as recommend to me by Ladan. While the experience in shop was quick and easy, when they sent me out to USPS there were some hiccups that had to be resolved (Particularly about not having an appointment). Overall I would use them again if I need to.
