I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. I had less than 2 months to get my visa finalized. Ambassador Passport & Visa Services provided quick response to my visa needs. I was able to get the paperwork processed & had my visa within a couple weeks. I handed it to my travel agent to secure the final steps so I could go on my China trip.

I had to get a passport and a visa… I had to get a passport and a visa quickly. I went to ambassador's location as recommend to me by Ladan. While the experience in shop was quick and easy, when they sent me out to USPS there were some hiccups that had to be resolved (Particularly about not having an appointment). Overall I would use them again if I need to.

Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.
