I depend on Ambassador for my work travel needs! I have used Ambassador Passport and Visa several times, as I go to Africa once a year for work. They have helped me acquire multiple visas from multiple countries for each trip and have stayed on top of each embassy to make sure I received my passport in time for my trip. Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

In a bind, Ambassador Passport & Visa Services helped with rapid timing. After multiple attempts to reach my last passport visa company, I found they closed without notice. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. I had less than 2 months to get my visa finalized. Ambassador Passport & Visa Services provided quick response to my visa needs. I was able to get the paperwork processed & had my visa within a couple weeks. I handed it to my travel agent to secure the final steps so I could go on my China trip.
