I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible
