Ambassador shines This was a very very bad experience but NOT because of ambassador or it’s staff. It was the passport agency and a delay on their part. The staff at ambassador were amazingly patient and polite despite my numerous meltdowns. I made it to where I needed to go late but I made it. Ambassador was that good !!!!

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE… A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ... YET SOME ARE STILL FRAUDULENT. THANKYOU FOR HELPING ME AQUIRE MINE.

This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

In a bind, Ambassador Passport & Visa Services helped with rapid timing. After multiple attempts to reach my last passport visa company, I found they closed without notice. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. I had less than 2 months to get my visa finalized. Ambassador Passport & Visa Services provided quick response to my visa needs. I was able to get the paperwork processed & had my visa within a couple weeks. I handed it to my travel agent to secure the final steps so I could go on my China trip.

Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.
