This horrible company directly cuased… This horrible company directly cuased my family of 5 including 3 kids to be stuck in Indonesia with incorrect visa issued from this agency. The total cost to pay fines, extended lodging,and rebooking of airline tickets for 5 people cost us over $25,000.00 usd to get back home to the USA. We are in the middle of filing a small claims law suite against this horrible company. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

I do wish that they would have communicated more as to receipt of my info, that it was all in order and being processed, and the proposed date that it would be mailed to me.
