I had sent my passport and visa… I had sent my passport and visa application for a Croatia visa. Followed all instructions on their website accurately. After 3 weeks they said that the embassy wont issue a visa without an interview. I lost precious time and had to rush to DC to get my visa before my travel. Basically info on their website is inaccurate and unrelaible

I depend on Ambassador for my work travel needs! I have used Ambassador Passport and Visa several times, as I go to Africa once a year for work. They have helped me acquire multiple visas from multiple countries for each trip and have stayed on top of each embassy to make sure I received my passport in time for my trip. They are extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Ladan (not sure of spelling) really knows her stuff!

In a bind, Ambassador Passport & Visa Services helped with rapid timing. After multiple attempts to reach my last passport visa company, I found they closed without notice. I was worried I would have to cancel my trip. I had less than 2 months to get my visa finalized. Ambassador Passport & Visa Services provided quick response to my visa needs. I was able to get the paperwork processed & had my visa within a couple weeks. I handed it to my travel agent to secure the final steps so I could go on my China trip.

Several Instances of Unreliable Service We have used Ambassador several times. Each of the last two times the company has returned our passports to us missing visas for one of the countries we needed for our trips and for which we had paid hundreds of dollars. We did get a refund but it was very subpar service and in one instance put us in a precarious time crunch. Will likely not use again although we travel constantly and need a reliable service.

A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE… A NEW SERVICE TO ME WHICH THE OFFICE WAS ALWAYS BUSY AND SOME PEOPLE WERE NOT TOTALLY SURE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THESE DOCUMENTS. I WILL USE THE SERVICE AGAIN BUT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO OBTAINING MY PASSPORT MYSELF VIA THE UK INLINE SERVUCE WHICH IS DUBIENT TO ANYONE ABROAD REQUIRING THEIR PASSPORT. THESE SERVICES DO WORK AS ITS MEANT TO BE A REPRESENTING BODY LOOKING AFTER THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENTS ID THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AS THEY TRAVEL WITHOUT IMMIGRATION ISSUES ...
