What they did in helping me procure a visa in a very difficult situation, jumping through hoops, going above and beyond the call of duty, was truly extraordinary. Cris, Ladan, the manager, and even the President tenaciously persisted in making those documents available in a situation that was a nightmare because of the overnight shipping company. Everything prior to had gone so smoothly. I was provided very clear information on what I had to do on my end, and received timely updates throughout the process. Beware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.

Great experiences using Ambassador -- Prices have increased too much Great experiences using Ambassador. I've used them many times. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I feel their prices have taken a great big leap recently. It used to be they were expensive, but since it was needed because of last minute travel opportunities, it was worth it. They've recently crossed that threshold where I actually have to consider passing up trips because the Ambassador fees have gotten so steep. I still give them a 4-star review because they provide a great service. But five years ago, this would've been a 5-star review, for sure.

Great Service - Great Team! I have worked with Ambassador Passport and Visa Services at least 5 different times, for my companies executives...and they really know what they are doing!! I have never been disappointed, even when in an expedite situation! They know exactly how to guide me through any needs, and always follow through as promised!! Absolutely and utterly disappointed Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.
