GBReliable, I don't use anyone else now. The team that helped me displayed an extremely professional level of experience with expedited processing of passports and visas. I could tell that the office was busy with much going on, but they gave me the right amount of attention, and reassured me that processing would occur within the time frame I required. It did. Five stars, and I now recommend this service to my colleagues.

GBBeware!!!!! Sent Ambassador passport and Visa my passport in early May for assistance with a Visa. The only communication I received after sending in my application was being charged $600. I asked for my passport back in mid June and was constantly given the runaround. It is now 8Sep21 and just received my passport today. Definitely do not recommend.

GBAbsolutely and utterly disappointed Absolutely and utterly disappointed. I will never, ever go back to this place. Due to their own, foundational mistake my passport did not arrive on time and had to cancel the trip we have been planning essentially all year. To top it all off, they shrugged their shoulders when I complained and did not even once said they were sorry or offered any compensation for their terrible service and what is resulted. Over the past few years I have sent them 4-5 referrals but will never do it again. Avoid them at all cost.

GBA highly professional and skilled team… A highly professional and skilled team of Visa and Passport experts. I would highly recommend Ambassador Passport to anyone seeking passport services. Everyone in our family uses APVS. We travel frequently and a times to Visa challenged areas in the globe. Don't let the appearances fool you, these women are the best of the best!

GBVISA arrived too late My VISA for India arrived a week after I was supposed to fly out. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute. Promises for arrival of the Visa kept coming but to no avail. Blame was placed on the Indian visas issuing authority, but again, I have no way of knowing whose fault it was. But again, I was totally relying on Ambassador.
