SCAM - DO not use this place This place is a scam. We had the exact same experience as another person giving a poor rating. Received an email confirming our itenarary then several hours later he called to say that rate was sold out but he could book us at a higher rate. The address of the company is listed as a residence. I will be reporting to the proper authorities.

They are scammers! They refund a partial so that they can say the refunded partial and that the airline will refund the rest🙄 then they say call your bank and dispute it as fraud! Then the scariest part of all is that they refunded the money on a different credit card that was not used so they stole I’m assuming my identity bc how else would they get that info… be smarter than me

I used them to purchase a flight I used them to purchase a flight, and they instructed me to get in touch with them if I hadn't received my tickets after 24 hours. I tried emailing, calling, and texting, but no one ever responded. Moreover, they charge me $150 to cancel. never again using this website. I would also advise against using it.
