SCAM - DO not use this place This place is a scam. We had the exact same experience as another person giving a poor rating. Received an email confirming our itenarary then several hours later he called to say that rate was sold out but he could book us at a higher rate. The address of the company is listed as a residence. I will be reporting to the proper authorities.

Robert was very patient and worked with… Robert was very patient and worked with me in getting a decent RT fare on Delta Airlines. Delta's ticket price was well over $1200 & Up Roundtrip from SF to Turks & Caicos. After spending 1 1/2 hrs on the phone Robert did get me a fare for $900 RT. The only problem was their was an advertised rate of $450 RT that I reserved, the next day said the fare was unavailable & if cancelled will charge $100 so I worked with Robert & purchased a ticket.

I wish I could give absolutely 0 stars I wish I could give absolutely 0 stars! Talk about a FRAUDDDDD!!! SCAM! Doooo nottttt! I repeat doo not book with them! I spoke with Pablo Garcia and Juan! They are scammers! They refund a partial so that they can say the refunded partial and that the airline will refund the rest🙄 then they say call your bank and dispute it as fraud! Then the scariest part of all is that they refunded the money on a different credit card that was not used so they stole I’m assuming my identity bc how else would they get that info… be smarter than me
