Believe it or not the bus was actually… Believe it or not the bus was actually clean! Didn't stink like they usually did when I rode it before in the past. It wasn't loaded with homeless or 'hood families either.

Onboarding always late or left before departure time and no refund. Stealing from people. That is what they are doing.

My driver was 100% great! My driver was 100% great. Although the bus was old and the seat hurt me, my driver was cheerful, friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe. He also made sure everyone respected everyone else's space for a nice, quiet ride.

Our bus broke down and we were stuck… Our bus broke down and we were stuck waiting at a gas station for over 6 hours. The bus was breaking down little by little and during the bus ride the restroom wasn't working and the bus smelled like feces in the most disgusting way. My stomach and head was hurting from the horrible smell. This was the worst bus ride ever. The driver was unbelievably rude, he shouted at many passengers and shouted multiple profanities including the F word many times.

I liked that I can choose where I sit… I liked that I can choose where I sit as I am a senior & use a cane. I have traveled with Greyhound numerous times from Maryland down to NC. I can no longer get the bus to the town I am going to but relatives can pick me up in Charlotte. I don't drive.
