Unfortunately this trip was very… Unfortunately this trip was very heartbreaking. I got to witness how poorly my elderly mom was treated along with other elderly people. The driver provided very little information on how to find your seat and when he was asked twice, he made sure to make them feel stupid. Upon arrival he expressed himself very poorly of an elderly lady calling her "such a stupid person" and making fun of her "huge market bag". All this while she was sitting right in front of him. I hope this will change in the future but as of now i would not recommend Flix Bus or Greyhound to anyone.

Onboarding always late or left before departure time and no refund. Stealing from people. That is what they are doing.

Believe it or not the bus was actually… Believe it or not the bus was actually clean! Didn't stink like they usually did when I rode it before in the past. It wasn't loaded with homeless or 'hood families either.

Upon taking my seat I was greeted by… Upon taking my seat I was greeted by the driver and two of the most lovely elderly women who filled me in on how everything works. I think it’s a secret way of coming together as a community just we don’t know that yet.

Above Average Experience The greyhound bus made few stops which was great for an 8 hour trip. One of the stops included a food court for passengers to get food along the way. The Buffalo bus station has a lot of homeless people. I felt unsafe at first but I realized soon after that none of them come up to bother you at all. Lastly, our bus driver drove like a mad-man.
