I would give them MORE stars if I could. Outstanding company! I received a call half hour before the stretch limousine was to arrive to pick up my fiance. The limousine had been involved in an accident. The company arranged for a stretch SUV that happened to be in the area to divert to my fiance's location. It was quite an upgrade. My fiance and her bridesmaids loved it, and that's all that mattered! I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

STAY AWAY Easily the worst service I’ve ever received. Was quoted at $175 and then received a call a day later being told the price had doubled. Would recommend staying away from this company if you’re looking for any sort of transportation service.

Poor communication but great service… Poor communication but great service from the driver. Leading up to the date of the trip I received no emails or other notifications about final payment or more details on the bus/driver. Multiple of my emails went unanswered and multiple phone calls resulted in finally getting my driver details <24hrs from the booking. Driver was amazing! She was on time and had no issues or complaints from anyone as she ran shuttle to my event. The mini coach bus was in great condition, clean and comfortable. Definitely more work but booking directly might have been a better experience then using this third party.
