Dont use this service I booked a car with these guys last fall, and was told they would charge me a deposit, then charge the balance a couple of days before the date of service. Instead, they charged the entire amount right away, then would not respond to inquiries about that. Then, when i had to cancel, instead of keeping just the deposit, they kept all of the money.

Dropped the ball on my wedding day and wouldn't take my calls Limo and Coach Transfer contracted with a guy who was completely incompetent and couldn't deliver his promised vehicle on time for my wedding. My wife rode to the wedding site in her brother's pickup truck. I drove myself. The contractor eventually showed up 45 minutes late and got the rest of my wedding party. When I called and wrote Limo and Coach Transfer afterward asking for a refund, I got no response. Totally bush-league operation all around.

SCAM If I could give this company negative stars I would. I booked a limo transfer a month out to drive my bridesmaids and I from out hotel to the venue. The DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING they called me and told me that my reservation was cancelled since there were no available vehicles. And then they said that there was one option for a vehicle that was hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted before because it's quite far from my location. I was told that my options were either to cancel or to take this vehicle. Yeah, def cancelled. These scammers can go kick rocks.

I would give them MORE stars if I could. Outstanding company! I received a call half hour before the stretch limousine was to arrive to pick up my fiance. The limousine had been involved in an accident. The company arranged for a stretch SUV that happened to be in the area to divert to my fiance's location. It was quite an upgrade. My fiance and her bridesmaids loved it, and that's all that mattered! I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I had reservations at 6:00 I had reservations at 6:00. At 6:05 I made contact with the driver who had broken down, but no phone call. They had dispatched another driver which arrived at 6:35 with reservation at 7:15, which was 48 minutes away. I had to call restaurant to extend reservation. The second driver was polite, amazing, and so kind. The limo was very nice except the seat portion was hot, and was blowing warm air. (Yes everything was on cool. This was my experience not horrific but definitely not great…
