I had reservations at 6:00 I had reservations at 6:00. At 6:05 I made contact with the driver who had broken down, but no phone call. They had dispatched another driver which arrived at 6:35 with reservation at 7:15, which was 48 minutes away. I had to call restaurant to extend reservation. The second driver was polite, amazing, and so kind. The limo was very nice except the seat portion was hot, and was blowing warm air. (Yes everything was on cool. SCAM If I could give this company negative stars I would. I booked a limo transfer a month out to drive my bridesmaids and I from out hotel to the venue. The DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING they called me and told me that my reservation was cancelled since there were no available vehicles. And then they said that there was one option for a vehicle that was hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted before because it's quite far from my location. I was told that my options were either to cancel or to take this vehicle. Yeah, def cancelled. These scammers can go kick rocks.

Joey was incredible!! Joey was incredible!!! He showed up early and patiently waited for us to be ready! Our ride was very nice and comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Highly Inaccurate Initial Quote I received a quote of $216 for a one way trip from Dover to Wilmington train station. I called to accept the quote and was told they needed to check with dispatch and would call me back to verify. I received a call back in 10 minutes and the quote was changed to $351. I was told the reason was I was an "additional" 35 minutes away. As I live on the northern most border of Dover and am therefore closer than any possible Dover address to Wilmington this was a nonsensical explanation. I could get no explanation from phone dispatch for this.

This is just a sketchy company This is just a sketchy company. They said they could deliver and said they would refund if I cancelled but they changed what they said a few times in vehicles, claimed the same person I was talking to was many different people, and eventually I cancelled and they tried to charge me 50% of the $1500. Don’t get involved with them.
