Avoid XcelTrip Edit: I'm not trying to promote Destinia. I am giving an honest review. This was resolved eventually. After weeks of bombarded emails. However this doesn't change my opinion or star rating. So yes this was resolved eventually. But it doesn't excuse incompetence on your part and taking so long to send a refund (whereby I lost money on the bitcoin because of market decline) Regular user of Destinia. Thought I'd give these a shot. Booked a hotel with bitcoin, paid, then... nothing. I waited 12 hours for confirmation and received nothing. I contacted support, nothing. Just shafted me out of 0.1 bitcoin. Stick with Destinia, at least they have contact support telephone number should anything go wrong. Never trust a company that doesn't even give you a telephone support line.
