BTC refund saga While I was creating my order, I sent the necessary BTC amount to their wallet. The payment was shown as successful, however, I never received any booking confirmation whatsoever. Upon contacting the support on Telegram (been writing emails and contacting FB to no avail), I was promised that my coins would be sent back to me every day throughout 3 days already. After posting to TrustPilot the matter, however, got resolved within an hour. After that, tried to place the same booking and, you guessed it - the btc got sent but I never received any confirmation again. Just contacted their support team again - we will see how this turns out. _______________________________________________ After 4 days there has been no update rather than the support team assuring me that the refund will be placed today EVERY SINGLE DAY. One support guy can tell you it will be done today, and then you have the other support team member reaching out saying it will take "time" The support is horrendous, their communication with other departments is just non-existent. Make sure to never send any of your hard-earned money to this platform, because if the order fails - you will just be stuck waiting on your refunds forever. Not recommended in any way, beware of this website!
