I have no complaints...very effective… I have no complaints...very effective website. They provide multiply options on air fares that are resasonable.

Scheduled trip to Phoenix Arizona I booked a flight that I was pleased with this summer. I did cancel because my family member moved to another state to receive better medical care. the experience was positive, I will continue to use this service and share the benefits with family and friends. I like the updates on available fares. I like the updates on available fares. One can save much money. Wish one could limit the updates to the prospective dates of travel.

really disappointed I ended up not… really disappointed I ended up not being able to go. I paid the insurance as I'm sometimes my job flips and I cannot go. When that happened, I was told it was non refundable. I said I paid for the insurance and they gave me another number to contact. I filled out all the papers (and if you're sick, you need your doctors to fill out pages also) and sent them back. Quickest deny I ever saw. I doubt they read them. Why offer insurance if it's not refundable? I should get my insurance $ back at least.
