It’s my first time using it It’s my first time using it. The wording Last Minute has always meant “last minute grest deals” therefore great prices. Not the case here.

really disappointed I ended up not… really disappointed I ended up not being able to go. I paid the insurance as I'm sometimes my job flips and I cannot go. When that happened, I was told it was non refundable. I said I paid for the insurance and they gave me another number to contact. I filled out all the papers (and if you're sick, you need your doctors to fill out pages also) and sent them back. Quickest deny I ever saw. I doubt they read them. Why offer insurance if it's not refundable? I should get my insurance $ back at least.
