GBWe booked a terrible house in Alcudia. We booked a terrible house in Alcudia. A few things didn't work but the worst thing was water flooding the kitchen. Not fixed after 5 days so we left. Local agent useless, hometogo no help. We have just received a reply from hometogo asking for details of our booking even though they reviewed our complaint yesterday.

RSOur Owner Lu from Malta Our Owner Lu, from Malta, was brilliant! A lovely and kind person, very communicative, polite, and carry. The fridge was full of various quality food, drinks, vegetables, and fruits. We had so nice morning coffees with Lu, and life stories, we felt free like in our own house. She gave the best recommendation on where to go, what to see, which beach to visit, where to eat, what are the attractions. Best recommendation!

GBThe web site is great except for one… The web site is great except for one area,the places are not updating their cost per night or month. If you see one at a nice price and go to book the price on some triple from what is stated because they haven't updated web site.

GBBe warned that this is just a platform… Be warned that this is just a platform and they use 2nd and even 3rd party affiliates who they then have no control over. Luckily I questioned my reservations before the dates and found out there was no actual location anymore. Caused a great deal of extra time, stress and money to sort it out. Will never use again!

GBSki trip to Vail, CO A few friends and I decided to book a last minute trip to Vail, for a ski weekend. My typical go to is Airbnb or VRBO but to be honest, I'm exhausted of seeing a "nightly rate" and then when you get to checkout, the fees are often 50-75% of the total reservation cost. I came across HomeToGo, found a beautiful home close to the ski resort, at a price that was fair and not packed with fees. I booked it the following day in a matter of clicks and received all pertinent info already. I'm really looking forward to our stay, and I presume this will be the first of many future trips with HomeToGo. Thanks so much!
