Invigorating autumn ride in the park Invigorating autumn ride in the park. Complete with interesting live commentary from witty and knowledgeable guide about the park and its neighbourhood. Stops at scenic lookout spots and the park’s landmarks always welcomed. Fair on the pocket. Just the right touristy thing to interest 2 teen boys travelling to NYC for the first time with their “boomer” adult - outdoors, crisp air, thrill of riding downhill, awe-inspiring NYC skyline and more. Room for improvement - friendlier attendants when checking-in. Would highly recommend.

Not good at all... I ordered a bicycle from the Bike Rent NYC online shop. 10 days later I had to call them about the shipment. When I received the shipment then two days later it was a completely different and wrong product. Customer service was of little help and made promises that were never fulfilled. After another week I still haven’t received my product and the contacts will not answer their phones or emails and their mailboxes are full. Consumers beware.

Liv bike I couldn't find a Liv bike anywhere near me and most online carriers would not ship. Bike Rent NYC helped me choose which model and size was right for me and shipped it to Florida for only $40. Great experience, great bike, exactly what I wanted rides like a dream. The two bottom corners of the box split opened and the box itself looked pretty beat up. Surprisingly there was only a few scratches on the bike. The blue-green color is even prettier in person. Highly recommend buying from Bike RENT NYC!

Head over hills in Central Park due to lack of staff pointing out basic operating procedures. I'm from Australia where the rear brake is operated by the left hand. Operating staff should have pointed out that at NYC the left hand operates the front pedal. Surely every bike hire should include a brief handover about operating procedures. Unfortunately, I used what I thought was the rear brake which was in fact the front one. Head over hills. 30K hospital bill. Thank you very much, Brian
