Guided bike tour was an EXCELLENT experience! I recently took my 10 yr old daughter to NYC, and we had a wonderful experience on a guided bike tour of Central Park. Our tour guide, Ross, was fantastic! He made sure we were comfortable with our bikes, showed my daughter how to switch the gears, and allowed us plenty of time to walk around the various landmarks. We received a wonderful overview of the park. It was the highlight of our trip, and we will absolutely be back!

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER I'm actually pretty disappointed as I purchased a bike on April 7th, 2021 and I received a purchase confirmation stating that I would receive a tracking number in 1-2 days and it is the 13th and still NOTHING. I had called them on the 7th and they said they were preparing the bike for shipment, so NO I'm not happy as I could have already had a bike delivered if I would have used another company. I think when it is in writing that you will have updated information in 1-2 days they should provide that. Not happy.

Used bike purchase - Do Not Recommend I ordered a bike online, which was marked as an excellent condition for 400$, but the bike I actually received was in beat-up condition, with lots of rust, scratches all over, dents, they didn't even bother to wipe down the bike. Don't recommend buying a bike from here.

Phillip was a great tour guide for 7 of… Phillip was a great tour guide for 7 of us. Five were in our party, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. They exchanged 2 bikes for one tandem for two of us upon request. They supplied helmets and time to wander around at our leisure at each of the landmark stops. Great explanations too. The day was also perfect in the high 60's F bright and sunny (mid March) for fabulous pictures.

Bike was in good condition Bike was in good condition. Service was quick. Proximity to Central Park was convenient. Only problem was finding my way back to the Bike Rent premises - it would make it easier if we were given a small printed map - All roads look the same when you are from out of town!
