Called the shop before placing online order and they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Slight assembly required but was expecting that when I opted to have it shipped- basically just need to put the wheels, seat and handlebars on. Very happy with the overall experience. Bike is like new and my daughter is going to be super excited with her new wheels she will be getting for her birthday!! Highly recommend using this seller.

Huge mistake! Not a used bike an ABUSED bike. This was a huge mistake. I ordered an “excellent condition” used bike and got an abused bike. There is rust and the derailleur is damaged and beat up! I wish I could post photos on here. I don’t think they could get $50 for this bike let alone $360. I am returning it immediately and requesting a refund.

Phillip was a great tour guide for 7 of… Phillip was a great tour guide for 7 of us. Five were in our party, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. They exchanged 2 bikes for one tandem for two of us upon request. They supplied helmets and time to wander around at our leisure at each of the landmark stops. Great explanations too. The day was also perfect in the high 60's F bright and sunny (mid March) for fabulous pictures.

Head over hills in Central Park due to lack of staff pointing out basic operating procedures. I'm from Australia where the rear brake is operated by the left hand. Operating staff should have pointed out that at NYC the left hand operates the front pedal. Surely every bike hire should include a brief handover about operating procedures. Unfortunately, I used what I thought was the rear brake which was in fact the front one. Head over hills. 30K hospital bill. Thank you very much, Brian

Liv bike I couldn't find a Liv bike anywhere near me and most online carriers would not ship. Bike Rent NYC helped me choose which model and size was right for me and shipped it to Florida for only $40. Great experience, great bike, exactly what I wanted rides like a dream. The two bottom corners of the box split opened and the box itself looked pretty beat up. Surprisingly there was only a few scratches on the bike. The blue-green color is even prettier in person. Highly recommend buying from Bike RENT NYC!
