Liv bike I couldn't find a Liv bike anywhere near me and most online carriers would not ship. Bike Rent NYC helped me choose which model and size was right for me and shipped it to Florida for only $40. Great experience, great bike, exactly what I wanted rides like a dream. The two bottom corners of the box split opened and the box itself looked pretty beat up. Surprisingly there was only a few scratches on the bike. The blue-green color is even prettier in person. Watch your credit card statements After we returned our bikes, we were told our deposit had been refunded back onto our credit card. This did not happen. Several phone calls later, the issue was not resolved. Only when we involved the credit card company did we finally receive our deposit back. I understand mistakes and glitches can happen, but it should not take more than one month to correct.

Head over hills in Central Park due to lack of staff pointing out basic operating procedures. I'm from Australia where the rear brake is operated by the left hand. Operating staff should have pointed out that at NYC the left hand operates the front pedal. Surely every bike hire should include a brief handover about operating procedures.
