AUHead over hills in Central Park due to lack of staff pointing out basic operating procedures. I'm from Australia where the rear brake is operated by the left hand. Operating staff should have pointed out that at NYC the left hand operates the front pedal. Surely every bike hire should include a brief handover about operating procedures. Unfortunately, I used what I thought was the rear brake which was in fact the front one. Head over hills. 30K hospital bill. Thank you very much, Brian

DERented a bike at Central Park South Rented a bike at Central Park South, next to metro station, perfect location to start a bike tour. Price information clear and transparent without hidden extra charges. Renting a bike was so easy and fast. Super friendly service team. Next visit to NY I'll be back :)

GBExcellent experience with Bike I had an excellent experience with Bike rent. This place helped me a lot during this lockdown by providing me with a helpful (and coveted..) bike. As an essential worker, I am very grateful for their assistance and generosity. Thank you again!

GBUsed bike purchase - Do Not Recommend I ordered a bike online, which was marked as an excellent condition for 400$, but the bike I actually received was in beat-up condition, with lots of rust, scratches all over, dents, they didn't even bother to wipe down the bike. Don't recommend buying a bike from here.

GBHuge mistake! Not a used bike an ABUSED bike. This was a huge mistake. I ordered an “excellent condition” used bike and got an abused bike. There is rust and the derailleur is damaged and beat up! I wish I could post photos on here. I don’t think they could get $50 for this bike let alone $360. I am returning it immediately and requesting a refund.
