DO NOT BOOK ONLINE Was in person in Central Park waiting to rent bikes. Was approached by a salesperson that I could “get a better deal booking online.” He stayed by my side the entire time while booking. I verified that I’d be getting the bike from the present location which he emphatically assured was true. Upon completion of the online rental, I step in line to pick up our bikes. I was told I had to go to a location several blocks away, towards midtown to pick them up. I was very frustrated and the salesperson who had been helping me was now “taking a break.” I was with my young daughter and did not want to ride bikes, even only a few blocks, through the streets of New York. They refused to refund my money. TOTAL CROOKS!

Huge mistake! Not a used bike an ABUSED bike. This was a huge mistake. I ordered an “excellent condition” used bike and got an abused bike. There is rust and the derailleur is damaged and beat up! I wish I could post photos on here. I don’t think they could get $50 for this bike let alone $360. I am returning it immediately and requesting a refund.

Just the right touristy thing to interest 2 teen boys travelling to NYC for the first time with their “boomer” adult - outdoors, crisp air, thrill of riding downhill, awe-inspiring NYC skyline and more. Room for improvement - friendlier attendants when checking-in. Would highly recommend.

Guided bike tour was an EXCELLENT experience! I recently took my 10 yr old daughter to NYC, and we had a wonderful experience on a guided bike tour of Central Park. Our tour guide, Ross, was fantastic! He made sure we were comfortable with our bikes, showed my daughter how to switch the gears, and allowed us plenty of time to walk around the various landmarks. We received a wonderful overview of the park. It was the highlight of our trip, and we will absolutely be back!

So pleased with this purchase!! So pleased with this purchase!!! Bike arrived in 2 days in excellent condition. Called the shop before placing online order and they were very helpful and answered all my questions. Slight assembly required but was expecting that when I opted to have it shipped- basically just need to put the wheels, seat and handlebars on. Very happy with the overall experience. Bike is like new and my daughter is going to be super excited with her new wheels she will be getting for her birthday!! Highly recommend using this seller.
