AUWorst travel agent I have ever dealt… Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, it’s a scam they buy your tickets using old frequent flyer points . We had issues boarding flights and was told prior to boarding the tickets have not been paid for as the frequent Flyer points have been rejected and was also told we are on stand by when we paid full price. We had a holiday from hell using them. Save yourself the stress, worry and hassle and book direct with the airline.

AUGreat prices and good service in troubled times I have been dealing with simply business class for many years now and in most cases have been more than happy with the service. As a result of Covid a booked flight with them had to be cancelled, and under their fare rules they do not provide a refund only a credit for another flight. We used that credit to book business class fares from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi with Etihad. We found out that both Etihad and Emirates, despite being a part of a broad industry coalition of airlines that works with companies like simply business class, do not honour in many cases flights booked with them. To the credit of Vitaliy, who we have been working with for some time at simply business class, he came up with a solution that was more than acceptable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were not disadvantaged. My experience means that I will more than likely never ever fly with Emirates or Etihad.

GBOur trip to Thailand… We recently booked a trip to Thailand and used SBC to book the trip in Business Class. We found a great fair on Finnair and just returned. The whole process was great. The agent, Ely, did a great job going back and forth with us to get the right dates and flight times. We will definitely be using SBC again for any business class travel we do in the future.

SGProblem with Flight change at SBC… I first booked my Business Class return tickets to West Africa in March 2020. Due to Covid, my Ethopian Airline flights were cancelled. SBC told me no Refund would be given but I would get Credit for future booking. I finally made a new booking in March 2023 but had to pay extra. As my trip to West Africa was for 2 months in 4 countries, I had many issues to clear like Visas & Tour Agencies. I went ahead with my departure dates from Singapore of April 28 & departure from Accra on July3, leaving several days for flexibility. I always assume that with Business Class travel we can make changes to my flight schedules. After finalizing my Visas & 2 month tour arrangements, I realized that my 2 months 7 day trip allowance was too long & I had to shorten my trip. That was the start of my Dilemma. With SBC, it is impossible to change the flight schedules even on Business Class although Vitaliy kept assuring me that he was checking daily for me for the possibility. Ethiopian Airline could not help as the change had to be authorized by the Agent! I had to stay back in Accra for few extra days, incurring more expenses & wasting my time. I had travelled Business Class on many occasions, changing Schedule was never a problem, only with SBC. I like all Customers of SBC to take note of my bitter Experience that Cancellation of flights will cost extra & changing of flights are almost impossible.
