Ok here's the real-deal about this… Ok here's the real-deal about this company-The way they offer such low fares is they use airline miles to buy tickets which is a LEGAL loophole that airline companies don't like but have to legally honor. I didn't know that when I bought my tickets from them. They also NEVER told me that once you buy a ticket you aren't going to get a refund because of that. They'll give you credit towards another flight but as far as a refund forget it! I will NEVER buy another ticket from these guys and would seriously tell you not to do so either!

Our trip to Thailand… We recently booked a trip to Thailand and used SBC to book the trip in Business Class. We found a great fair on Finnair and just returned. The whole process was great. The agent, Ely, did a great job going back and forth with us to get the right dates and flight times. We will definitely be using SBC again for any business class travel we do in the future.
