Booking was with Sicily By Car, whose desk was situated with other agents in the arrivals hall. Got upgraded to a higher class car with Sat Nav, so very happy with result. A great deal The car was an upgrade, which was a really pleasant start. It was also a diesel which meant our fuel costs were significantly reduced. It was also brand new with only 850 kms on the clock. The member of staff was really helpful and made our tour of Iceland excellent due to his advice on where to go. The price of the vehicle was lower than most of the well know rental companies, but the service was just as good, if not better. (we have driven rentals in many countries) Pick up and drop off was easy with the least amount of fuss. All together this was a great deal

Pro Car - Partner car company Iceland Pro Car, the partner car company near Keflavik Airport, Iceland were prompt upon arrival, hassle free at the office (i.e. no hard sell re extras) and no issues with return of car, with 24hr service back to airport - would use them again. CarDelMar - helpful website but, alas, no response to any emails prior to departure - made me nervous in case I needed to contact them for anything.

Excellent rental car broker Cardelmar has an easy website, good prices and excellent customer service. I booked a car with insurance at Cardelmar. The car rental company sent me a bill for damage to a side mirror the day after I returned the car. I contacted Cardelmar customer service, they replied within one day. I sent all the information they needed and they processed my claim within 4 days. Wow! That's what I call good service.
