AUCannot agree more with all the one stars Cannot agree more with all the one stars ,would give 0 if i could. Cause this is the incompetence and lack of commitment of their staff. 2 months passed and I’m still chasing my money , deducted after returning the car from my cc without any comments from anyone check24, cardelmar or Buchbinder. All 3 of them stand for bad service.if you don’t wanna deal with your customers then start doing something else and leave the space for reputable and trustworthy services.

GBWorst customer service Worst customer service. Made a reservation for 5pm and happened to get to the rental place 1.5 hrs earlier. They couldn’t give me my rental car even though I wanted to pay for the extra time so they made me wait! Seriously, what is wrong with you, I’m trying to give you more money for extra time and all you have to do is change the time in the reservation and you can’t do it even though the car is sitting right there in the parking lot.

GBGreat Service - No Problems Experienced Booked a car for 11 days from Venice Marco Polo via CarDelMar, ensuring the agent had an on site desk. Booking was with Sicily By Car, whose desk was situated with other agents in the arrivals hall. Got upgraded to a higher class car with Sat Nav, so very happy with result. Handing car back was easy, so overall a very good experience. Thanks

PTAll round good service Our car hire was with Auto Rent who we have used before. They are one of the best at Faro. The staff are friendly and helpful, the car is always fine and their prices are fair. They also use the 'full to full' fuel policy which is much better than some other companies use. I would definitely recommend them.

GBPro Car - Partner car company Iceland Pro Car, the partner car company near Keflavik Airport, Iceland were prompt upon arrival, hassle free at the office (i.e. no hard sell re extras) and no issues with return of car, with 24hr service back to airport - would use them again. CarDelMar - helpful website but, alas, no response to any emails prior to departure - made me nervous in case I needed to contact them for anything.
