Cause this is the incompetence and lack of commitment of their staff. 2 months passed and I’m still chasing my money , deducted after returning the car from my cc without any comments from anyone check24, cardelmar or Buchbinder. All 3 of them stand for bad service.if you don’t wanna deal with your customers then start doing something else and leave the space for reputable and trustworthy services.

The 4 door car took us easily with a pencil golf bag & two suitcases. I would choose a higher capacity car in the Johannesburg area as it is much higher & 1.6 is the minimum capacity needed to be comfortable. Recommended agents

Booking was with Sicily By Car, whose desk was situated with other agents in the arrivals hall. Got upgraded to a higher class car with Sat Nav, so very happy with result. A really good service that met all our needs. Car Hire Companies in tourist resorts can be a real pain to deal with - even the best. CarDelMar take the hassle away, explain the insurances and save you a bit of money in the deal. It doesn't stop the hire company agents trying to sell you all kinds of extras but it gives you the confidence to politely refuse. I will use them for all my car hire requirements.
