All round good service Our car hire was with Auto Rent who we have used before. They are one of the best at Faro. The staff are friendly and helpful, the car is always fine and their prices are fair. They also use the 'full to full' fuel policy which is much better than some other companies use. I would definitely recommend them.

Great Service - No Problems Experienced Booked a car for 11 days from Venice Marco Polo via CarDelMar, ensuring the agent had an on site desk. Booking was with Sicily By Car, whose desk was situated with other agents in the arrivals hall. Got upgraded to a higher class car with Sat Nav, so very happy with result. Charge more than they offer! Be carefully! They charged 30 Euros more than in the offer and never gave the money back. They promised me to refund the money but still after two month there was no transfer.

Excellent rental car broker Cardelmar has an easy website, good prices and excellent customer service. I booked a car with insurance at Cardelmar. The car rental company sent me a bill for damage to a side mirror the day after I returned the car. I contacted Cardelmar customer service, they replied within one day. I sent all the information they needed and they processed my claim within 4 days. Wow! That's what I call good service.
