Top Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again

Trip fine but buses are old The trip itself was ok - on time and arrived when expected. However, the standard of bus was not as expected. We booked Business Class and had seen videos of this online but we did not get what was advertised - the wifi did not work, there were no tables and we were unable to charge devices as the sockets did not work properly.

I've taken the Red Coach Luxury Bus… I've taken the Red Coach Luxury Bus since 06/2022! They have amazing customwrnservicebthat always make sure you make to your destination comfortably. I've tried other buses, but none of them have offered the high quality of service I’ve experienced at Red Coach!

Austin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

Good idea......and fills a need for… Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!
