GBAustin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

GBGrateful for the safe travel… I am so grateful for the safe travel with someone else driving from Tallahassee to WPB to visit my youngest granddaughter & daughter & her husband ! 4 of the 6 trips I have made have provided WiFi. Providing charging is much appreciated. The bus temperature & seats are very comfortable. Grateful as I am for the needed rest stop at the Red Coach terminal in Orlando, it is so small & crowded an area for a bus load of passengers & the car rental clients. More toilet facilities are needed for sure. 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️out of 5.

GBGood idea......and fills a need for… Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!

GBInsenstive and careless company My son has a diagnosed disability and had a booking with Red Coach on Saturday 03/16/2024. I dropped him off and called me later because the while he was waiting at the bust stop at Fort Lauderdale airport asked another traveler if that was the correct spot and the answer was positive. Due to his disability, he did not realize that that leg of the trip was operated by Orange Lines and missed the trip and had to purchase anaother ticket with this horrible company named Red Coach. I sent a detailed email to the "we cannot help", which would be the correct name, email and the response was insensitive, repugnant and discriminatory . After explaining my son's personal circumstances and disability , the response was that the return trip was operated by a different company named Orange lines and that information was on the ticket. That answer could be acceptable for a regular person but not when I disclosed that my son has special needs. I will report this careless and despicable situation to another authorities. The non customer service of Red Coach is a shame for society.

VNTop Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again
