Top Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again

Comfy large reclining chairs Comfy large reclining chairs, clean bathroom, snacks provided, on the Red Coach business class. Friendly driver. Bus was 30 minutes late due to storm and torrential rain. Overall though a good experience.

Trip fine but buses are old The trip itself was ok - on time and arrived when expected. However, the standard of bus was not as expected. We booked Business Class and had seen videos of this online but we did not get what was advertised - the wifi did not work, there were no tables and we were unable to charge devices as the sockets did not work properly.

Austin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

I would recommend it The drivers of the bus from Miami to tampa as really friendly and helpfully. He communicatie clear and you know heen the next stop is gonna be. The bus had leather seat, was airconditioned and windows where tinted. This made the trip very comfortable and pleasant. Small detail: no one at the airport knew where the bus will depart for. Many people think it is at the Flixbus departure location.
