ARGreat service (Dallas to Houston) I recently took a trip from Dallas to Houston with Red Coach, and I was thoroughly impressed. The bus was clean, modern, and comfortable, with spacious seating and plenty of legroom. The onboard amenities, like Wi-Fi and power outlets, made the journey enjoyable and productive. The staff was courteous and professional, ensuring a smooth and safe ride. We arrived in Houston on time as promised. Red Coach exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them for this route.

GBFantastic Driver. Today was my 3rd or 4th time using Red coach bus and was very impressed. The lady( sorry I can’t remember her name) who was driving Houston-Richardson of 3:30-8:40pm was so Professional! She gave all her heart! Good customer service, arrived early at the pickup station, engaged in communication, and helped by pushing suitcases for easy offloading. Her passion for job speaks louder than words, keep it up lady!

GBEasy way to travel through Texas The first bus ride I went on (Dallas to Houston), the AC was broken and it was miserably hot. However, the driver ensured we stop for water at one point. I also later complained to RedCoach and they offered a small voucher for my next ride which I later used to travel again. Customer service was a little hard to continue contacting but overall I've had a good experience! The bus rides are typically smooth and if you don't mind dirty bathrooms, highly recommend!

GBSeriously a Great Experience I had an amazing first experience with Red Coach. I will be traveling this same route often and will definitely book again. It's the Wifi, reclining seats, courteous and safe driver and the pick up and drop off locations that did it for me. Way faster and easier than flying!

GBGood idea......and fills a need for… Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!
