Seriously a Great Experience I had an amazing first experience with Red Coach. I will be traveling this same route often and will definitely book again. It's the Wifi, reclining seats, courteous and safe driver and the pick up and drop off locations that did it for me. Way faster and easier than flying!

The bus driver arrived around 20… The bus driver arrived around 20 minutes late, and was rude and unprofessional. The bathroom was broken, and the entire bus smelled like poop. Several times, the driver slammed on the breaks, almost hitting several cars (each time was due to her speeding in heavily trafficked areas). Overall, one of the most miserable experiences of my life, and I will never use this service again.

Grateful for the safe travel… I am so grateful for the safe travel with someone else driving from Tallahassee to WPB to visit my youngest granddaughter & daughter & her husband ! 4 of the 6 trips I have made have provided WiFi. Providing charging is much appreciated. The bus temperature & seats are very comfortable. Grateful as I am for the needed rest stop at the Red Coach terminal in Orlando, it is so small & crowded an area for a bus load of passengers & the car rental clients. More toilet facilities are needed for sure. 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️out of 5.

Trip fine but buses are old The trip itself was ok - on time and arrived when expected. However, the standard of bus was not as expected. We booked Business Class and had seen videos of this online but we did not get what was advertised - the wifi did not work, there were no tables and we were unable to charge devices as the sockets did not work properly.

Top Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again
