Top Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again

Fantastic Driver. Today was my 3rd or 4th time using Red coach bus and was very impressed. The lady( sorry I can’t remember her name) who was driving Houston-Richardson of 3:30-8:40pm was so Professional! She gave all her heart! Good customer service, arrived early at the pickup station, engaged in communication, and helped by pushing suitcases for easy offloading. Her passion for job speaks louder than words, keep it up lady!

I would recommend it The drivers of the bus from Miami to tampa as really friendly and helpfully. He communicatie clear and you know heen the next stop is gonna be. The bus had leather seat, was airconditioned and windows where tinted. This made the trip very comfortable and pleasant. Small detail: no one at the airport knew where the bus will depart for. Many people think it is at the Flixbus departure location.

Trip fine but buses are old The trip itself was ok - on time and arrived when expected. However, the standard of bus was not as expected. We booked Business Class and had seen videos of this online but we did not get what was advertised - the wifi did not work, there were no tables and we were unable to charge devices as the sockets did not work properly.

Easy way to travel through Texas The first bus ride I went on (Dallas to Houston), the AC was broken and it was miserably hot. However, the driver ensured we stop for water at one point. I also later complained to RedCoach and they offered a small voucher for my next ride which I later used to travel again. Customer service was a little hard to continue contacting but overall I've had a good experience! The bus rides are typically smooth and if you don't mind dirty bathrooms, highly recommend!
