GBAustin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

GBScam company with dishonest business practices My daughter and her friend had booked Red Coach from Austin to UT Dallas, the coach leaving at 6.30pm CST. yesterday 2/18/24. Downtown Austin at 5th and 6th Street roads were blocked off by police. Another friend on the bus spoke to the driver asking them to wait one more minute as the roads were blocked off in Austin which caused a slight delay to where the bus was leaving from. The driver said he would wait one more minute and did not. We drove from Cedar Park to downtown Austin. We literally saw the bus leave 40 feet from our car. This is absolutely appalling and really unprofessional behavior from the driver. I had to drive all the way to Dallas and back from Austin because the driver did not wait one extra minute despite stating that he would and caused us an incredible amount of inconvenience. Red Coach is a scam and dishonest company and refused us a refund, recommend you stay well away they’ll take your money and not honor their agreement!

GBEasy way to travel through Texas The first bus ride I went on (Dallas to Houston), the AC was broken and it was miserably hot. However, the driver ensured we stop for water at one point. I also later complained to RedCoach and they offered a small voucher for my next ride which I later used to travel again. Customer service was a little hard to continue contacting but overall I've had a good experience! The bus rides are typically smooth and if you don't mind dirty bathrooms, highly recommend!

GBInsenstive and careless company My son has a diagnosed disability and had a booking with Red Coach on Saturday 03/16/2024. I dropped him off and called me later because the while he was waiting at the bust stop at Fort Lauderdale airport asked another traveler if that was the correct spot and the answer was positive. Due to his disability, he did not realize that that leg of the trip was operated by Orange Lines and missed the trip and had to purchase anaother ticket with this horrible company named Red Coach. I sent a detailed email to the "we cannot help", which would be the correct name, email and the response was insensitive, repugnant and discriminatory . After explaining my son's personal circumstances and disability , the response was that the return trip was operated by a different company named Orange lines and that information was on the ticket. That answer could be acceptable for a regular person but not when I disclosed that my son has special needs. I will report this careless and despicable situation to another authorities. The non customer service of Red Coach is a shame for society.

GBBait Switch and late First trip - Houston to Austin roundtrip. Left 30 min late, but no advance notice of delay. Paid/book Biz class and bait switch to "economy bus" It happened both ways. Redbus is no different from megabus/Flix/etc. Greyhound is more comfortable seating... I tracked several trips after mine, and a high percentage of times departure is late. Bus swaps are also way too common. Like megabuses $1 promotion....it is a marketing gimmick to attract new clients. There will be fewer and fewer of their luxury experience...to 0. This company claims to be Volane but is flix. However the WiFi was stable and fast enough for email and web. It was the best of all carriers.. except Volane
