Bait Switch and late First trip - Houston to Austin roundtrip. Left 30 min late, but no advance notice of delay. Paid/book Biz class and bait switch to "economy bus" It happened both ways. Redbus is no different from megabus/Flix/etc. Greyhound is more comfortable seating... I tracked several trips after mine, and a high percentage of times departure is late. Bus swaps are also way too common. Like megabuses $1 promotion....it is a marketing gimmick to attract new clients. There will be fewer and fewer of their luxury experience...to 0. This company claims to be Volane but is flix. However the WiFi was stable and fast enough for email and web. It was the best of all carriers.. except Volane

Comfy large reclining chairs Comfy large reclining chairs, clean bathroom, snacks provided, on the Red Coach business class. Friendly driver. Bus was 30 minutes late due to storm and torrential rain. Overall though a good experience.

Good idea......and fills a need for… Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!

I would give this negative stars if I… I would give this negative stars if I could. My partner bought me a ticket from Austin to Dallas and from the moment we arrived, everyone on that bus was treated horribly! The driver was the most rude person I have ever met in my life, yelling at everyone regarding their bags and everything else under the sun. This one man came on last minute and the driver yelled at him to show him his ticket right away. The guy said “please stop yelling at me” and the driver opened the doors to the bus and said “take your bags and get off!!!” It gets even worse. I was sitting rigt behind the driver adjacent to him. Once we started driving, he began FaceTiming a group of people/friends!!! He had one hand on the wheel and sometimes none. I have a video of evidence of this but unfortunately I can’t put any attachments on here. He was swerving in and out of lanes and honking at all of the cars. Serious road rage. I told him I had to get off because I was having an anxiety attack and was about to throw up. He said that he doesn’t stop the bus and I began hyperventilating so he stopped and let me off at a gas station 30 min from departure. Oh yeah, and Not to mention, the website shows business class and luxury seating, seats that recline, have charging cables, and are black. The bus looked absolutely nothing like it, it was a scam from the start!! Please please stay away from this bus. I never write reviews but this experience absolutely flabbergasted me and put me and everyone else on that bus in such danger.

Grateful for the safe travel… I am so grateful for the safe travel with someone else driving from Tallahassee to WPB to visit my youngest granddaughter & daughter & her husband ! 4 of the 6 trips I have made have provided WiFi. Providing charging is much appreciated. The bus temperature & seats are very comfortable. Grateful as I am for the needed rest stop at the Red Coach terminal in Orlando, it is so small & crowded an area for a bus load of passengers & the car rental clients. More toilet facilities are needed for sure. 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️out of 5.
