GBAustin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

GBDowntown Dallas to Austin Just took the downtown Dallas to Austin bus. Thurs-Sunday. Bus was on time, cool and comfortable. Thursday bus had snacks and water. Sunday bus back no announcement of snacks. Seats are comfortable, with foot rests, foldable tables and window shades. Again...it was comfy cool, which is so important. I chose a single seat vs the double seat. I may never drive to Austin again. This line was comfortable, affordable and reliable.

GBSeriously a Great Experience I had an amazing first experience with Red Coach. I will be traveling this same route often and will definitely book again. It's the Wifi, reclining seats, courteous and safe driver and the pick up and drop off locations that did it for me. Way faster and easier than flying!

GBInsenstive and careless company My son has a diagnosed disability and had a booking with Red Coach on Saturday 03/16/2024. I dropped him off and called me later because the while he was waiting at the bust stop at Fort Lauderdale airport asked another traveler if that was the correct spot and the answer was positive. Due to his disability, he did not realize that that leg of the trip was operated by Orange Lines and missed the trip and had to purchase anaother ticket with this horrible company named Red Coach. I sent a detailed email to the "we cannot help", which would be the correct name, email and the response was insensitive, repugnant and discriminatory . After explaining my son's personal circumstances and disability , the response was that the return trip was operated by a different company named Orange lines and that information was on the ticket. That answer could be acceptable for a regular person but not when I disclosed that my son has special needs. I will report this careless and despicable situation to another authorities. The non customer service of Red Coach is a shame for society.

GBHad an interesting experience… Had an interesting experience travelling our 1st time on RedCoach. The ride was good along with the driver's attention to the passengers but it was that the bus broke down on my return portion of the trip. We were stranded at a university campus in Tampa for about 2 hrs. and had to wait until the another bus picked us up to continue our way back home. The driver was nice and attentive and explained the situation. Overall, aside from this, it was a good experience.
