Trip fine but buses are old The trip itself was ok - on time and arrived when expected. However, the standard of bus was not as expected. We booked Business Class and had seen videos of this online but we did not get what was advertised - the wifi did not work, there were no tables and we were unable to charge devices as the sockets did not work properly.

I've taken the Red Coach Luxury Bus… I've taken the Red Coach Luxury Bus since 06/2022! They have amazing customwrnservicebthat always make sure you make to your destination comfortably. I've tried other buses, but none of them have offered the high quality of service I’ve experienced at Red Coach!

I would give this negative stars if I… I would give this negative stars if I could. My partner bought me a ticket from Austin to Dallas and from the moment we arrived, everyone on that bus was treated horribly! The driver was the most rude person I have ever met in my life, yelling at everyone regarding their bags and everything else under the sun. This one man came on last minute and the driver yelled at him to show him his ticket right away. The guy said “please stop yelling at me” and the driver opened the doors to the bus and said “take your bags and get off!!!” It gets even worse. I was sitting rigt behind the driver adjacent to him. Once we started driving, he began FaceTiming a group of people/friends!!! He had one hand on the wheel and sometimes none. I have a video of evidence of this but unfortunately I can’t put any attachments on here. He was swerving in and out of lanes and honking at all of the cars. Serious road rage. I told him I had to get off because I was having an anxiety attack and was about to throw up. He said that he doesn’t stop the bus and I began hyperventilating so he stopped and let me off at a gas station 30 min from departure. Oh yeah, and Not to mention, the website shows business class and luxury seating, seats that recline, have charging cables, and are black. The bus looked absolutely nothing like it, it was a scam from the start!! Please please stay away from this bus. I never write reviews but this experience absolutely flabbergasted me and put me and everyone else on that bus in such danger.

Had an interesting experience… Had an interesting experience travelling our 1st time on RedCoach. The ride was good along with the driver's attention to the passengers but it was that the bus broke down on my return portion of the trip. We were stranded at a university campus in Tampa for about 2 hrs. and had to wait until the another bus picked us up to continue our way back home. The driver was nice and attentive and explained the situation. Overall, aside from this, it was a good experience.

Insenstive and careless company My son has a diagnosed disability and had a booking with Red Coach on Saturday 03/16/2024. I dropped him off and called me later because the while he was waiting at the bust stop at Fort Lauderdale airport asked another traveler if that was the correct spot and the answer was positive. Due to his disability, he did not realize that that leg of the trip was operated by Orange Lines and missed the trip and had to purchase anaother ticket with this horrible company named Red Coach. I sent a detailed email to the "we cannot help", which would be the correct name, email and the response was insensitive, repugnant and discriminatory . After explaining my son's personal circumstances and disability , the response was that the return trip was operated by a different company named Orange lines and that information was on the ticket. That answer could be acceptable for a regular person but not when I disclosed that my son has special needs. I will report this careless and despicable situation to another authorities. The non customer service of Red Coach is a shame for society.
