Good idea......and fills a need for… Good idea......and fills a need for transportation....... but never seem to be on time coming south. As we speak, ( latest example) bus delayed by 1 hour SO FAR from Gainesville to FLL. Guess with a captive clientele there is no need to address recurring issues?!?! Hope daughters make it in time for their cruise tomorrow morning!

Scam company with dishonest business practices My daughter and her friend had booked Red Coach from Austin to UT Dallas, the coach leaving at 6.30pm CST. yesterday 2/18/24. Downtown Austin at 5th and 6th Street roads were blocked off by police. Another friend on the bus spoke to the driver asking them to wait one more minute as the roads were blocked off in Austin which caused a slight delay to where the bus was leaving from. The driver said he would wait one more minute and did not. We drove from Cedar Park to downtown Austin. We literally saw the bus leave 40 feet from our car. This is absolutely appalling and really unprofessional behavior from the driver. I had to drive all the way to Dallas and back from Austin because the driver did not wait one extra minute despite stating that he would and caused us an incredible amount of inconvenience. Red Coach is a scam and dishonest company and refused us a refund, recommend you stay well away they’ll take your money and not honor their agreement!

My partner bought me a ticket from Austin to Dallas and from the moment we arrived, everyone on that bus was treated horribly! The driver was the most rude person I have ever met in my life, yelling at everyone regarding their bags and everything else under the sun. This one man came on last minute and the driver yelled at him to show him his ticket right away. The guy said “please stop yelling at me” and the driver opened the doors to the bus and said “take your bags and get off!!!” It gets even worse. I was sitting rigt behind the driver adjacent to him. Once we started driving, he began FaceTiming a group of people/friends!!! He had one hand on the wheel and sometimes none. I have a video of evidence of this but unfortunately I can’t put any attachments on here. He was swerving in and out of lanes and honking at all of the cars. Serious road rage. I told him I had to get off because I was having an anxiety attack and was about to throw up. He said that he doesn’t stop the bus and I began hyperventilating so he stopped and let me off at a gas station 30 min from departure. Oh yeah, and Not to mention, the website shows business class and luxury seating, seats that recline, have charging cables, and are black. The bus looked absolutely nothing like it, it was a scam from the start!! Please please stay away from this bus. I never write reviews but this experience absolutely flabbergasted me and put me and everyone else on that bus in such danger.

Austin bus left 15 people on Street I was booked on a bus leaving Austin, Texas at 3:30 yesterday. Bus kept getting delayed which was understandable due to sxsw. But at the last minute they told us via email to go to Trinity between 7th and 8th for pick up. We all started running. We were there in 5 minutes. They took half the people but left about 15 of us on the street. I called and was treated horribly. I did get another ticket out this morning. After spending money for lodging and an uber I have decided that I can’t trust this company. Please be careful my fellow travelers.

Comfy large reclining chairs Comfy large reclining chairs, clean bathroom, snacks provided, on the Red Coach business class. Friendly driver. Bus was 30 minutes late due to storm and torrential rain. Overall though a good experience.
