The bus driver arrived around 20… The bus driver arrived around 20 minutes late, and was rude and unprofessional. The bathroom was broken, and the entire bus smelled like poop. Several times, the driver slammed on the breaks, almost hitting several cars (each time was due to her speeding in heavily trafficked areas). Overall, one of the most miserable experiences of my life, and I will never use this service again.

Easy way to travel through Texas The first bus ride I went on (Dallas to Houston), the AC was broken and it was miserably hot. However, the driver ensured we stop for water at one point. I also later complained to RedCoach and they offered a small voucher for my next ride which I later used to travel again. Customer service was a little hard to continue contacting but overall I've had a good experience! The bus rides are typically smooth and if you don't mind dirty bathrooms, highly recommend!

Top Tier Sadly I can't recall the driver's name, but she was on the Houston-Austin Route on July 18th/July 19th. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was she a safe driver, but she went above and beyond to help out a customer who accidentally booked the wrong bus and had gotten them situated on the right bus. The bus itself was clean and on time. RedCoah was 10x better than GreyHound, and I would absolutely use them again

Downtown Dallas to Austin Just took the downtown Dallas to Austin bus. Thurs-Sunday. Bus was on time, cool and comfortable. Thursday bus had snacks and water. Sunday bus back no announcement of snacks. Seats are comfortable, with foot rests, foldable tables and window shades. Again...it was comfy cool, which is so important. I chose a single seat vs the double seat. I may never drive to Austin again. This line was comfortable, affordable and reliable.
