DKWill never return Will never return, even after 2 emails about a bad experience at one of their hotels this summer - we have never heard from them - we have never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. Iberostar club Cala barca should not have any stars.

GBIberostar Agadir : Time to Return Again and Again The stay at the Iberostar Agadir over 7 days was superb for us 35 plus golfers and 5 non golfers. All 40 had positive feedback all saying time to return!! From friendly staff to quality of bedrooms and great all inclusive buffet and food near pool side.The cleanliness of the pool area , with no rubbish or empty uncollected employees glasses. Sandy beach is minutes away at the back of the hotel , well worth the dip in the sea. Evening entertainment again was up to west end quality. Thumbs up to the hotel manger , exchange of money at the reception throughout the day and night in all currencies at competitive rates. Large double rooms with 5 star quality bathroom showers , water fountain near the rooms for filling up water bottles with cold icy water , air conditioning worked , reception assisted in all queries we raised.

GBRecent stay Careful with hidden fees!! They waited til checkout the tell us we had an unknown bill for “taxes” after paying OVER 600 a night for the Presidential suite! We left with bug bites ( NOT like normal bites ) covering my entire arms & legs even wearing repellent and they say it’s from the sand? ALSO: service and friendly happens upfront when u arrive BUT falls away QUICKLY and they definitely know what their doing by serving very small amounts of food & drinks. So all inclusive is definitely controlled! Plus the dinner reservations at the inside restaurants are also very small portions and take forever to get your food:( Front desk lady that sits at customer relations Is SUPER RUDE & very hateful :(

GBGreat holiday We spent one full week in the Iberostar Lagos and it is one of the best hotels we were ever been. Sophia and her entertainment team are brilliant. Activities and workshops. Food is fresh and loads of varieties. Different choices every day. Short walk to Lagos. Beach is nice and clear. Bed is so comfortable. Staff in general are amazing and welcoming. We came to relax and we had a great experience. We already talked about come back. And we usually don’t repeat same holiday ever.

GBThe Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay, although in my estimation, not a 5 star hotel, the staff make the difference. The cheerfulness, constant attention and cleanliness it appears is what is holding up this ‘tired’ once acclaimed 5 star property. The Iberostar brand can only be maintained if the ‘management’ invest in upgrading the overused parts of this magnificent property. I feel I must commend Amelie, the supervisor of the cleaning and management of the fourth floor who listened and understood my Complaint and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify what could have ended up as a disaster! As someone who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 50 years, 25 of which was running my own high end tour operation business successfully in London, I have designed some of the most luxurious tailor-made tours around the world. Being my first visit to Tunisia, I was impressed by the people I came across and I have every intention of returning, more likely to share my experience with the rest of my family.
