Iberostar Kuriat Palace- Monastir Tunisia- Beautiful stay We stayed at the Iberostar Kuriat Palace, Tunisia. It was a fantastic short holiday with lots to do for everyone in the family. Kids club- for 4-12 years old- opened everyday 10-12 and 15hr-17hrs. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor play area. Close to splash area and family pool. Entertainment- lots of activities during the day- dancing, bowling, volleyball, yoga, boules- organised by the very energetic and friendly staff - they are very inclusive and will try to get everyone to participate. Activities led by Speedy, Nora and everyone on their team is fabulous. All Inclusive- menu is delicious and minimal variations - can get repetitive- but always fresh and delicious. Beautiful desserts . AI also includes access to the a la carte restaurant (only with a set menu) - but you have to book well in advance to ensure you have a place. Spa- beautiful, calming and relaxing. Prices are very affordable but spa is very busy- check and book your treatment days and sessions as soon as you arrive as they do not have much space left. The hammam is not very hot. The gommage session was amazing ! The Lomi Lomi massage not as strong as should be. The balinese massage was strong but not full 50minutes. More focus on back than legs and arms. Overall- great stay. Timing (April) was not too bad - temperature between 13-31 . Températures drop suddenly around 3pm . Evenings are cooler. Snack/ bar- slushies available on tap indoor and by the pool. Snack is 3pm- 5pm in the Tillar Bar. All inclusive means you are fed throughout the day and drinks available whole day at any bar. (All inclusive only serve local alcohol) . With all inclusive you also benefit from 50% off imported spirits (Black Label, Martini, Absolut etc) - the prices are quite low- a double of an imported spirit cost about £2.50 Rooms- spacious and airy. Bathrooms could be cleaner- sinks stopper not working well- sinks got blocked. Cleaning staff very lovely and would help if informed. Well worth the price overall! Recent stay Careful with hidden fees!! They waited til checkout the tell us we had an unknown bill for “taxes” after paying OVER 600 a night for the Presidential suite! We left with bug bites ( NOT like normal bites ) covering my entire arms & legs even wearing repellent and they say it’s from the sand? ALSO: service and friendly happens upfront when u arrive BUT falls away QUICKLY and they definitely know what their doing by serving very small amounts of food & drinks. So all inclusive is definitely controlled! Plus the dinner reservations at the inside restaurants are also very small portions and take forever to get your food:( Front desk lady that sits at customer relations Is SUPER RUDE & very hateful :(

El Mirador Iberostar - Fantastic Hotel Fantastic hotel - clean, great food, and a wonderful location. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially the Assistant Manager Carla who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Iberostar El Mirador

Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico We stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico. It was a nice resort, good food (except for evening buffet), staff excellent - very friendly. Limited Vegetarian options but they were good. My only complaint was the room cleaning was not thorough - made beds, emptied garbage, changed towels, but did not wipe down counters in bathroom or in room. Daily had to request 2 face cloths, even though tips were left. It is far from Puerto Vallarta, so expect to pay taxi's if you want to leave resort. Overall had a great relaxing time. I would definitely go back.

Stayed at Iberostar Cristina in Majorca… Stayed at Iberostar Cristina in Majorca in April 2019 so weather slightly cooler. Great hotel, walking distance to beach and Palma Aquarium. Fantastic range of buffet at breakfast and dinner. Pools were closed when I stayed but evening entertainment every night and nice staff. I would definitely stay again. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
