Iberostar Agadir : Time to Return Again and Again The stay at the Iberostar Agadir over 7 days was superb for us 35 plus golfers and 5 non golfers. All 40 had positive feedback all saying time to return!! From friendly staff to quality of bedrooms and great all inclusive buffet and food near pool side.The cleanliness of the pool area , with no rubbish or empty uncollected employees glasses. Sandy beach is minutes away at the back of the hotel , well worth the dip in the sea. Evening entertainment again was up to west end quality. Thumbs up to the hotel manger , exchange of money at the reception throughout the day and night in all currencies at competitive rates. Large double rooms with 5 star quality bathroom showers , water fountain near the rooms for filling up water bottles with cold icy water , air conditioning worked , reception assisted in all queries we raised.

The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay, although in my estimation, not a 5 star hotel, the staff make the difference. The cheerfulness, constant attention and cleanliness it appears is what is holding up this ‘tired’ once acclaimed 5 star property. The Iberostar brand can only be maintained if the ‘management’ invest in upgrading the overused parts of this magnificent property. I feel I must commend Amelie, the supervisor of the cleaning and management of the fourth floor who listened and understood my Complaint and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify what could have ended up as a disaster! As someone who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 50 years, 25 of which was running my own high end tour operation business successfully in London, I have designed some of the most luxurious tailor-made tours around the world. Being my first visit to Tunisia, I was impressed by the people I came across and I have every intention of returning, more likely to share my experience with the rest of my family. Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico We stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico. It was a nice resort, good food (except for evening buffet), staff excellent - very friendly. Limited Vegetarian options but they were good. My only complaint was the room cleaning was not thorough - made beds, emptied garbage, changed towels, but did not wipe down counters in bathroom or in room. Daily had to request 2 face cloths, even though tips were left. It is far from Puerto Vallarta, so expect to pay taxi's if you want to leave resort. Overall had a great relaxing time. I would definitely go back.

Keep looking this is not a 5 star resort If your looking for numerous drug dealers to watch your every move on the beach and in the water from 6am till late in the night this is your dream vacation. Terrible service, 4 hr room service, no restocking of the in room refrigerator, 20 minute wait for each drink, RUDE employees even thou we tipped, 5 days in till we met our 1st Butler, and even the food sucked. Never again

BE AWARE! BE AWARE!! These people will take your reservation money and will not refund it even if you change your dates. Tried contacting the hotel directly and won't even take my calls. The lady in charge of reception - Leslie Barbieri - didn't even try to understand my situation and the reason why I changed my reservation dates. All in all I'm out of $1200.00 and no resolution from Iberostar in Lima, Peru. Lesson learned
