GBRecent stay Careful with hidden fees!! They waited til checkout the tell us we had an unknown bill for “taxes” after paying OVER 600 a night for the Presidential suite! We left with bug bites ( NOT like normal bites ) covering my entire arms & legs even wearing repellent and they say it’s from the sand? ALSO: service and friendly happens upfront when u arrive BUT falls away QUICKLY and they definitely know what their doing by serving very small amounts of food & drinks. So all inclusive is definitely controlled! Plus the dinner reservations at the inside restaurants are also very small portions and take forever to get your food:( Front desk lady that sits at customer relations Is SUPER RUDE & very hateful :(

CAIberostar Playa Mita, Mexico We stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico. It was a nice resort, good food (except for evening buffet), staff excellent - very friendly. Limited Vegetarian options but they were good. My only complaint was the room cleaning was not thorough - made beds, emptied garbage, changed towels, but did not wipe down counters in bathroom or in room. Daily had to request 2 face cloths, even though tips were left. It is far from Puerto Vallarta, so expect to pay taxi's if you want to leave resort. Overall had a great relaxing time. I would definitely go back.

GBHoliday of a lifetime in our Happy Place We have just returned home to UK from The Grand El Mirador Hotel in Costa Adeje Tenerife. We had the most wonderful trip in the most beautiful location and hotel. The entire team are an absolute joy added to which the food is sublime. We have stayed previously and will definitely be rebooking. We have truly had the holiday of a lifetime.

GBStaff are all great without exception Staff are all great without exception! The hotel was clean throughout as was the individual bedroom cleaning. Ample room in the bathrooms with lovely complimentary products inc. Great choice of food at each sitting, however the temperature of the food could definitely be improved on. The entertainment team are all friendly and enthusiastic. Daytime activities varied from archery, boules, aquarobics, darts, ping pong etc. Nighttime entertainment could be improved. The team put shows on which whilst obvious there’d gone a lot of hard work in to them, there was a lot of miming to background music which wasn’t always the best. There were some good live groups on in between which helped but for us personally the daytime activities were the better of the two by far. This hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the incline in which the hotel is situated. We never had any issues getting Sunbeds at any time of the day. There’s a separate adults only sunbathing section but unfortunately you have to walk through the designated smoking area to get to it, which isn’t ideal. Overall good value for money 👍🏼Will we return? Yes.

GBAvoid Iberostar Grand Rose Hall edit:- We did receive a courtious reply from the manager on 10th Feb which was welcome We stayed at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica. We had issues every single day of our week long stay. Things that should have been sorted just weren't. Our holiday was more stressful trying to sort the issues, than our normal daily life. I was given the name of the hotel manager - Mr David Lopez, and had a conversation with him, whilst staying at the hotel. He gave me his e-mail address and asked me to write once I was home. He asked for concise details of all the issues we encountered. We did this nine days ago, but have never received a reply, let alone an acknowledgement that he has read our e-mail. I would avoid this company. They lie to make you go away, and do not deliver on their booking conditions. This was not a cheap option for us, and we feel we wasted the entire amount that we spent on the holiday.
