CAIberostar Playa Mita, Mexico We stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita, Mexico. It was a nice resort, good food (except for evening buffet), staff excellent - very friendly. Limited Vegetarian options but they were good. My only complaint was the room cleaning was not thorough - made beds, emptied garbage, changed towels, but did not wipe down counters in bathroom or in room. Daily had to request 2 face cloths, even though tips were left. It is far from Puerto Vallarta, so expect to pay taxi's if you want to leave resort. Overall had a great relaxing time. I would definitely go back.

GBHappy days The beech is one step away from the rear of the hotel. All staff polite helpfully. Entertainment was super, belly dancing, magician and Evan a tombola.... my son and daughter won 2 day's in a row. Special thanks to Fifi and the rest of the Entertainment staff. Intend to visit Dec 2024. Rooms cleaned everyday water teabags and toilet accessories replaced everyday. Security was at the entrance, everyone's checked before entering the hotel. Can't wait to go back. Visited Tunisia

GBKeep looking this is not a 5 star resort If your looking for numerous drug dealers to watch your every move on the beach and in the water from 6am till late in the night this is your dream vacation. Terrible service, 4 hr room service, no restocking of the in room refrigerator, 20 minute wait for each drink, RUDE employees even thou we tipped, 5 days in till we met our 1st Butler, and even the food sucked. Never again

GBGrand el mirador Tenerife Grand el mirador Tenerife Classy hotel , traditional Spanish build. Clean , spacious, quality rooms, quality food, excellent staff, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful setting , overlooking the ocean. 7th time we have been, well maintained Recommended

GBBE AWARE! BE AWARE!! These people will take your reservation money and will not refund it even if you change your dates. Tried contacting the hotel directly and won't even take my calls. The lady in charge of reception - Leslie Barbieri - didn't even try to understand my situation and the reason why I changed my reservation dates. All in all I'm out of $1200.00 and no resolution from Iberostar in Lima, Peru. Lesson learned
