If I could give a negative star I… If I could give a negative star I would. Firstly the check in and out staff at Alcudia park are quite rude. No interest in assisting with queries. The room was tiny despite the huge price and not well maintained. No change of towels for the last 3 days. The food was poor and the management of a busy restaurant was not positive. The key bracelet didn’t work and was a waste of time as we had to keep going back to reception. Overall experience was poor much better value with alternative hotel Groups.

The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay The Iberostar Selection Kantoui Bay, although in my estimation, not a 5 star hotel, the staff make the difference. The cheerfulness, constant attention and cleanliness it appears is what is holding up this ‘tired’ once acclaimed 5 star property. The Iberostar brand can only be maintained if the ‘management’ invest in upgrading the overused parts of this magnificent property. I feel I must commend Amelie, the supervisor of the cleaning and management of the fourth floor who listened and understood my Complaint and worked quickly and efficiently to rectify what could have ended up as a disaster! As someone who has worked in the travel and tourism industry for over 50 years, 25 of which was running my own high end tour operation business successfully in London, I have designed some of the most luxurious tailor-made tours around the world. Being my first visit to Tunisia, I was impressed by the people I came across and I have every intention of returning, more likely to share my experience with the rest of my family. Keep looking this is not a 5 star resort If your looking for numerous drug dealers to watch your every move on the beach and in the water from 6am till late in the night this is your dream vacation. Terrible service, 4 hr room service, no restocking of the in room refrigerator, 20 minute wait for each drink, RUDE employees even thou we tipped, 5 days in till we met our 1st Butler, and even the food sucked. Never again

Great holiday We spent one full week in the Iberostar Lagos and it is one of the best hotels we were ever been. Sophia and her entertainment team are brilliant. Activities and workshops. Food is fresh and loads of varieties. Different choices every day. Short walk to Lagos. Beach is nice and clear. Bed is so comfortable. Staff in general are amazing and welcoming. We came to relax and we had a great experience. We already talked about come back. And we usually don’t repeat same holiday ever.
