NLFlight was delayed for 5 hours until… Flight was delayed for 5 hours until they postponed it for next day. Customer service is useless, sistem is not updated regularly... They costed me a lot of time and money, and my cortisol levels has skyrocketed because of how unprofessional and unorganized they are. I would choose Filxbus over them if I had knew, flight from Milan to Rotterdam gonna last longer than bus ride. Really disappointed and stressed. Do not travel with them if you appreciate your mental health.

DKAbsolutely the worst experience with a… Absolutely the worst experience with a flight company I’ve ever had. Charging 65$€ for a Hand luggage that fits the specific cm. Never give this trash company money
