Clear alert to the options available, with simple page design and large characters that make the process more spontaneous and straightforward. I just wish my account would be automatically identified as soon as I fill in my email address as I forgot to log in when I started the reservation process. Nevertheless, the reservation was matched together with my account after I logged in already after the booking completed.

NLWorst airline ever Worst airline ever, always delaying changing flight operators or even canceling flights. Simply don't fly with this company is the worst by far. Don't pay these guys.

FREasy to buy, hard to do anything else I tried to change a ticket for another date. Did everything 2 days previous to my trip. Received a link to pay for the change, did the whole process. After during the day of my trip I thought bizarre that I didnt received any confirmation email. When calling to transavia call center, was informed that I lost my ticket and the change didnt occured. The person handling the call called a liar, saying that I didnt clicked in the payment link as I said (he didnt implied, literally called me a liar) and after said that I didnt had money to pay for my ticket change. Very bad customer service, felt like dealing with a gang member. The person used lots of sarcasm, i asked several times to a manager and he said he had no manager.

LVWhat kind of people are they hiring??? The employee checking our tickets was extremely disrespectful, rude and gave unclear and contradicting instructions. As well as assuming our nationality for some reason?? Don’t even want to get into it. I have never been treated by an airline like trash before, I was kinda shocked and speechless to be honest. I guess it’s needless to say that I’m never using this company again
