Worst airline ever Worst airline ever, always delaying changing flight operators or even canceling flights. Simply don't fly with this company is the worst by far. Don't pay these guys.

Good enough for the price I had the opportunity to fly with Transavia from Marrakech to Lyon. The experience on board was very nice, I was sitting next to a fine lady and we discussed during all the flight time. The staff was a bit on nerve, but I can understand as people were not listening at all and not respecting security... Some just took off their sit belt while we hadn't landed yet... Everything on board is extra. Bring your food and download a movie on your phone and all will be fine. I don't like the "shopping" part where they try to sell perfumes... For short-mid time flights, it is more than enough!

Flight was delayed for 5 hours until… Flight was delayed for 5 hours until they postponed it for next day. Customer service is useless, sistem is not updated regularly... They costed me a lot of time and money, and my cortisol levels has skyrocketed because of how unprofessional and unorganized they are. I would choose Filxbus over them if I had knew, flight from Milan to Rotterdam gonna last longer than bus ride. Really disappointed and stressed. Do not travel with them if you appreciate your mental health.

The reservation was easy - Very easy! The reservation was easy. I recently had an airfrance ticket that I could not modify (very frustrating!) So I decided to go with Transavia. Reservation was very easy. Unfortunately I had to modify the flight and was once again able to do it online very easily. I appreciate the simplicity of the process.

Recommended low-cost airline I am frequent flyer with the legacy carriers in Europe and I have had several claims against airlines in the past. My best experience has been with Transavia, who were very easy to get in touch with through WhatsApp - always responding within an hour - and who eventually honored my claim 100 %. My experience flying with Transavia (to/from) Morocco was also good. One of the better low-cost carriers with pleasant and professional staff. I would fly Transavia again without hesitation.
