Reservation was very easy. Unfortunately I had to modify the flight and was once again able to do it online very easily. I appreciate the simplicity of the process.

I booked a flight to Pisa from… I booked a flight to Pisa from Amsterdam. Outbound and inbound were delayed by more than an hour. The Outbound delay caused me a damage of 61 Euro for picking up my rental car 'Out of Hours'. I requested Transavia for a refund but this was denied. Together with the new carry-on luggage rules this puts Transavia on the same low level as Ryan Air.
