Criminal like behavior They act like criminals they’re a total rip off they charged me $700 as a cost to book my flight I didn’t realize it until I check my credit card do not buy from them do not use them they are frauds. I wish I could give them zero stars because they are rip off I am so angry I don’t know what to do. Their behavior is like long sharks please don’t buy from them.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the most part pleased with my… I am in the most part pleased with my experience as I did get a great deal, I was given seats & confirmation in just about a 24 hours after completed purchase. Down part is that when they called me the first time to confirm before billing my card, they tried to raise the price to about $177.00 more. After I told them to cancel it, then they left the price at the original dollar amount. Bottom line, its a legit website, just make sure you pay what originally shown.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, I WILL TAKE THIS TO MY LAWYER Worse customer service, they don't honor prices, I booked my flight on 5\27\2021 for the amount of $1797.00 and then they told me that i needed to pay $500.00 more?? what a rip off, this is how you do business. and they don't have a supervisor??? I will never NEVER EVER will recommend this site. I hope they read this review because I'm taking legal action if this issue won't get resolved ASAP.

The agent took more time to make sure… The agent took more time to make sure that I was glad with the booking and that all the statistics turned into accurate. He become able to book the flight that I was advised changed into offered out. Thank you

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! DON'T USE A few weeks ago I started looking into flights from Florida to the Washington DC area. I used Booking Buddy like I have several times before. One of their websites to check out was called LookBookFlight. This website had the cheapest plane tickets for what I was looking at. I bought a ticket through them and received a confirmation email. Within a few days I received another email saying that my flight had been cancelled. I tried calling them several times to see why it was cancelled, each time the phone line was busy. They had 4 numbers listed on their website and I called every one with the same result. I tried emailing them too with no response. Luckily they never charged my credit card, but I will never use them again. Total SCAM
