Not sure where all the good reviews are… Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. Not honoring the advertised fare. Claiming that the airline didn't "accept" the fare? Then why bother advertising it? Called saying that this fare is not available, it did not include checked bags which would be $120 more and then advertising that another higher fare from a different airline. This is a classic "Bait N Switch ". Buyer beware

Amazing Customer Service While it is true that the prices that were initially offered, were "no longer" available after the booking the whole team, from the initial agent to Andrew Watson, made every effort to get us the best available rate. Andrew was detailed in his review to ensure passenger names, dates, etc. were accurate and promptly responded on all communication throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Fare Buddies in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Disappointed with seats Requested window and I’m smack dab in the middle of the plane 😕 My experience was great until I got my boarding passes and found out that I they did not pick window seats. In which I was assured window seat and both seats together. This is my first time flying and it is to celebrate my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary. So, I’m quite disappointed that I will not be able to see anything. Im waiting for Marvin to give me a call back to hopefully fix this situation. I truly hope this can be fixed as this is what I paid the service fee for. Please fix this. Jennifer or Thomas.

I think this is a very safe website I think this is a very safe website, yes the way the work is different as once you book your ticket they will not confirm that they will mail and call you explain you the details and ticket type, after the I booked the ticket they send me the boarding passes and all they selected seats , meals overall I was happy with the services I would suggest to call them to book rather than booking online

I was originally quoted a price for… I was originally quoted a price for $358 for a one way ticket after going through the whole process I then get a call a few hours later stating they cannot give me that flight but they can give me a flight for $225 more than what was originally quoted and paid for.
