Scam website Scam website. Made reservations online. Wanted almost 1 week and did not receive confirmation email. Called the airline and no tickets under our name. Booked directly a new flight with airline directly. Almost 2 weeks later, within 24 hours from the original flight time, receive a call from farebuddies. At first I thought it was the airline calling for the new reservation. However, the person from farebuddies did not speak well English. She tried to upscale the cost by trying to collect additional fees for baggages (although the original purchase included baggages). When we said we did not need any baggages appeared to be upset and was saying that the return flight was not confirmed and cost would need to go up. I did realized it was not the airline but rather them trying the bait and switch scam. They said the purchase was non reimbursable (even thought they claim that the return flight was no longer available). However it did not appear that they ever changed my card and were simply trying to change a larger amount. After menacing them thst I would report them as scammers on my credit card, they transfer me to a manager which tried to argue and change me more. Finally, he said no need to report as scam since my card was not changed and thst he would cancel the reservation. I did call my bank, reported the scam and csncelled my card.

I really appreciated the way Andrew… I really appreciated the way Andrew Watson helped us with the boarding passes specially the day before we had so many things in our heads we truly appreciated the personal attention and one less thing to worry about. I was originally quoted a price for… I was originally quoted a price for $358 for a one way ticket after going through the whole process I then get a call a few hours later stating they cannot give me that flight but they can give me a flight for $225 more than what was originally quoted and paid for. This was not Scarlett Johnson’s fault but the airlines

Disappointed with seats Requested window and I’m smack dab in the middle of the plane 😕 My experience was great until I got my boarding passes and found out that I they did not pick window seats. In which I was assured window seat and both seats together. This is my first time flying and it is to celebrate my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary. So, I’m quite disappointed that I will not be able to see anything. Im waiting for Marvin to give me a call back to hopefully fix this situation. I truly hope this can be fixed as this is what I paid the service fee for. Please fix this. Jennifer or Thomas.
