Avoid like the plague Made a booking back in September for this coming weekend, payment was taken on 13th April. Today I receive a phone call from the company to explain there was a problem with the property and it would not be available but there is 4 other options that they will send through to me and I could choose at no extra cost. Although I was annoyed I agreed to look at the different properties and I was assured these would be sent over to me through booking.com within the hour. They also guaranteed me that I still had my booking. Within 5 minutes of coming off the phone I got a notification from booking.com to say my reservation had been cancelled by me and they would do their best to get my funds back. They have never sent me any options. I have tried ringing the company over 50 times now to try and sort this, I have left voicmails, messaged them through booking.com and used their live chat and I have been ignored. I now have 2 days to find alternative accommodation which will cost me more than what I originally paid and I am already out of pocket by £220 that they have taken. An absolute shambles of a company, who do not deserve any customers. Avoid like the plague!!

Very bad service experience and now out of pocket Firstly I should start by saying the apartment booked was great, as expected and described and I was happy with my experience with London serviced apartments until I arrrived at the apartment. When I arrived the booking had only been made for 2 adults for the whole stay. When I initially made contact with London serviced apartments I detailed that I was looking for a 3 night stay with 2 adults for the first 2 nights and then 4 adults and one child for the third night. I initially requested to book a different apartment to that stayed in and filled in the booking form then detailing 5 adults as they detailed a child as less than 12 years of age, ours is 15. The apartment for which this booking form was filled in was unavailable for one of the nights and therefore London serviced apartments quoted me a price for an alternative apartment, they did this knowing there would be 5 individuals and 5 adults under their criteria at this point, I then filled in another booking form detailing 5 adults again and the apartment was booked. On arriving at the apartment they informed me the booking by London serviced apartments had only been made for 2 adults for the whole stay!!! I was then informed I was required to pay additional monies for the third night for the 5th adult for a sofa bed to be made up. I contacted London service apartments and they took absolutely no responsibility, continually blaming me for the fact that I initially put that the 5th individual was a child in the initial request. She is a child, just not by their criteria. Despite this, and despite the fact that they have 2 booking forms detailing 5 adults they clearly quoted me incorrectly and misinformed me. Whether the child was classed as a child or adult the apartments informed me as an additional sofa bed needed to be made up I would have had to have paid anyway. On that basis London serviced apartments argument is completely flawed as I informed there was 5 people from my first initial contact. They will take no ownership or responsibility for their error and I found them to be completely unreasonable. They only had to accept the mistake and cover the cost but instead I am out of pocket. Very disappointing and I would not recommend using them on this basis. I won’t be using them again.

We had an okay stay.. but will not return The pictures on the website are very misleading but overall the apartment was okay. The building itself has been remodeled... but they definitely took the cheap route doing so. The beds were very uncomfortable and people were in the courtyard partying late on most nights. No air conditioning, so if you're planning to stay in the summer request a few fans.

Noisy & Hot!! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in this apartment! The first night was horrible. We have never been in a noisier spot from bars and street noise and garbage trucks, even with the windows closed (which was not an option as it was stifling in here) the noise was unbearable. To add to the discomfort the beds are like rocks. My husband has a bad hip and there is absolutely no support. Lastly we had a note saying that repair people needed access to the apartment all day which made us nervous to leave our belongings as there is no safe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
