I would not give it a star at all I would not give it a star at all, the place had mice , cracked counter tops , curtains that were too long for the windows , loose shelf in the bathroom , along with the mouse traps left around , a very unpleasant stay.

Noisy & Hot!! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in this apartment! The first night was horrible. We have never been in a noisier spot from bars and street noise and garbage trucks, even with the windows closed (which was not an option as it was stifling in here) the noise was unbearable. To add to the discomfort the beds are like rocks. My husband has a bad hip and there is absolutely no support. Lastly we had a note saying that repair people needed access to the apartment all day which made us nervous to leave our belongings as there is no safe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

OK, not amazing The apartment was enormous and the staff very friendly. However, the bedroom windows have no curtains, only office type blinds - so the sun wakes you up at 6am in the summer. The windows are also single glazed so if the sun doesn't wake you up, the bin lorries at 6.30am will! Kitchen crockery was a bit old fashioned and could easily have been much better for not a lot of money.

Poor communication Poor communication, misleading information - I selected my apartment from the LSA website and inquired on details. Email communication was painful - lacking details and repeatedly unanswered specific questions, I finally called from California. Not much better. I finally just stopped asking questions. LSA webpage for the apartment building is grossly misleading - highlighting only the penthouse unit and its features, not the majority of the apartments. LSA never provided any additional information on my specific unit so I assumed the detailed list and photos on their site was applicable to all apartments. So many items were not actually in my apartment such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryer. The general living space wasn't as displayed in the photos. The listed free wifi never worked, for 12 days, and in fact, no internet is available in the unit - free, paid, wired or otherwise. Very frustrating and difficult to work around. LSA was unsympathetic. I will not work with them again.

Tin pot company masquerading and… Tin pot company masquerading and something more. Spent 24 hours speaking to people online or via phone; couldn't tell me if anywhere was available or not. Kept saying someone would call back but did not. 24 hr online chat was unable to say what apartment was available or not. It's obvious that the it is a call centre and a random chat person, all outsourced and this "company" must be run by a 1-person band. Unprofessional, slow and a waste of my time, listing a bunch of properties which are impossible to book.
