Booking Booking - The booking staff was not cooperative and even though we had requested an early checking and the apartment was available for early check-in (confirmed by maintenance staff) they didn't even inform the maintenance staff. Just shows lack of empathy to the customer. Apartment - Very good location. The apartment was spacious. No lifts and hence not good if you have lots of luggage or kids. The apartment seems very old and wasn't well lighted with very basic furnishings. The kitchen appliances were very dated and the floor creaked and was coming off from corners.

I would not give it a star at all I would not give it a star at all, the place had mice , cracked counter tops , curtains that were too long for the windows , loose shelf in the bathroom , along with the mouse traps left around , a very unpleasant stay.

Disgusting! I stayed at 50 Hans place. Once they take your money you are in terrible hands ! Advertisement of a newly refurbished appartment. Reality : Broken down wardrobes. Old beds Pillows terribly old and disgusting Bed sheets and towels old with holes. Bathroom old and broken down constant leak. Shower fell on my son with a huge bruise. Old broken doors Allergies from the bed Daily emails . They dont care as long as they have your money. They search to trap the next customer.

Dated accommodation Kitchen was useless, shower weak, and overall upkeep was poor

Great location Great location, walking to a lot of London attractions, very comfortable beds, good space. It could use some update to carpet (maybe hard wood floor), and maybe some charming pictures around. Also the hot water in the bathroom shower was mostly cold.
