Reviewing an apartment marketed as executive. The apartment was in need of a total refurbishment, the paintwork throughout was in poor condition, the carpets were marked, the chrome hand rails on the sides of the bath were that old that the chrome had worn off revealing the copper pipe. The hob was in a poor state of repair and was some years old and fused the electrics the first time we tried to use it. The kitchen worktops were chipped and a floor tile had been stuck to one off the worktops presumably to hide a defect. The handles on some of the saucepans were loose, the kitchen was only just adequately stocked. The furniture was old and of poor quality, the armrest covers on the odd armchair were fraying, none of the furniture matched. The entrance hall to the block was grubby and the staircase also grubby showing paintwork that had not been painted for some years. The lift was extremely small and inadequate to get any more than one person and a suitcase in. Both bathrooms needed upgrading from the white wall tiles which must have been on the walls for about thirty years. Doesn't sound very good but for £918 for three night we expected much better When we arrived outside the premises we found that the intercom was not working so we could not make contact with the staff who were inside the premises, instead we had to call them on the telephone to alert them that we had arrived. We reported a fault with the electric hob in the kitchen of our apartment when it blew a fuse on the first night we were there and we're given no feedback as to what had caused the problem or in fact to reassure us that the hob was safe. On the day of our departure we called the reception and asked if it would be possible to call a taxi for us to travel to the railway station and we were told that was not a service they would provide. These three occasions were the only contact we had with the staff at the complex so post them factually to let others decide whether or not that was good service or otherwise. The initial booking procedure was easy and trouble free and the apartment was cleaned to a good standard every day. Despite the fact that it needs a full refurbishment.

Ok middle man, not great Pretty good at responding in a timely manner, but doesn't really help problem solve or track down information - e.g., photos, amenities, etc. Will pass emails back and forth between you and the provider, but doesn't help to clarify your questions or get you what you need. You'll have to do most of the work

Poor communication Poor communication, misleading information - I selected my apartment from the LSA website and inquired on details. Email communication was painful - lacking details and repeatedly unanswered specific questions, I finally called from California. Not much better. I finally just stopped asking questions. LSA webpage for the apartment building is grossly misleading - highlighting only the penthouse unit and its features, not the majority of the apartments. LSA never provided any additional information on my specific unit so I assumed the detailed list and photos on their site was applicable to all apartments. So many items were not actually in my apartment such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryer. The general living space wasn't as displayed in the photos. The listed free wifi never worked, for 12 days, and in fact, no internet is available in the unit - free, paid, wired or otherwise. Very frustrating and difficult to work around. LSA was unsympathetic. I will not work with them again.

We had an okay stay.. but will not return The pictures on the website are very misleading but overall the apartment was okay. The building itself has been remodeled... but they definitely took the cheap route doing so. The beds were very uncomfortable and people were in the courtyard partying late on most nights. No air conditioning, so if you're planning to stay in the summer request a few fans.
