CANoisy & Hot!! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in this apartment! The first night was horrible. We have never been in a noisier spot from bars and street noise and garbage trucks, even with the windows closed (which was not an option as it was stifling in here) the noise was unbearable. To add to the discomfort the beds are like rocks. My husband has a bad hip and there is absolutely no support. Lastly we had a note saying that repair people needed access to the apartment all day which made us nervous to leave our belongings as there is no safe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

INBooking Booking - The booking staff was not cooperative and even though we had requested an early checking and the apartment was available for early check-in (confirmed by maintenance staff) they didn't even inform the maintenance staff. Just shows lack of empathy to the customer. Apartment - Very good location. The apartment was spacious. No lifts and hence not good if you have lots of luggage or kids. The apartment seems very old and wasn't well lighted with very basic furnishings. The kitchen appliances were very dated and the floor creaked and was coming off from corners.

EGLondon City Stay Extremely well located 2 bedroom flat in a vibrant part of the City Centre near Shopping and transportation. Carpets are old, stained and torn, they need to be replaced and windows overlooking James Street need to be sound proofed due to the presence of numerous restaurants spilling out into the Street till the wee hours. Kitchen is well equipped and adequate hot water in bathrooms. Generally an average experience that could well have been a five star experience.

GBOK, not amazing The apartment was enormous and the staff very friendly. However, the bedroom windows have no curtains, only office type blinds - so the sun wakes you up at 6am in the summer. The windows are also single glazed so if the sun doesn't wake you up, the bin lorries at 6.30am will! Kitchen crockery was a bit old fashioned and could easily have been much better for not a lot of money.
