They were relatively far away from the city centers. Our bus driver in Osaka and Kyoto was excellent and we appreciated his service and abilities. Never do biz with UTO! Like MAFIA UTO Vacation steals money from customers. They canceled my China trip, refused to return my money back, as is customary! Then extorted Money from me under duress, and against my will - ring leader Amy Yiu said [emailed]: "your $1,100 is locked, you have to agree we subtract $100 for complaining" - I have the right to complain when they cancel my trip and keep my $$, this is EXTORTION, a FELONY!

UTO exceeded our expectations UTO is a great company to work with. The vacation packages offer variety and options that fit any budget. Customer service support is professional and top notch especially in today's world. Speaking to a live person who was willing to help- priceless!!. Can't wait to book our next trip!

UTO sold us trips that never happened and refused to rebook or refund UTO sold us a trip to China and Thailand and made us pay a year in advance. This was all post Covid but when China airfares went up they cancelled the trip. But they kept advertising it for new people. They would not rebook us but we could have a credit only. All other trips now are more than double any tour operators so we would have to pay an extra $6k. I wrote to the BBB several times and then have gotten so many negative reviews that we should start a class action suit! We lost $2k.
