Shady business and you know you are hitting a nerve when a representative of the company calls and tells you "to do the right thing" and take down a negative review. We had a fabulous time in Japan We had a fabulous time in Japan. Our guide, Carlos, was knowledgeable and patient with us every step of the way. The only downside were the hotels in Osaka and Tokyo. They were relatively far away from the city centers. Our bus driver in Osaka and Kyoto was excellent and we appreciated his service and abilities. All around, the trip was great and Carlos really helped take it to another level. Michael and Jean

UTO IS A SCAM UTO IS A SCAM. They have terrible service. Don't communicate about your tour. Put you on hold for hours. Don't refund or return ANY money. If they over credit it can only be used at a limited time and con only be used on expensive tour. On our 3rd try at using credit WITH UTO we purchase a Turkey tour. By the end it cost twice as much as advertised and we were out $500 for a canceled air balloon ride. Save your money and your time and go with a trustworthy company.

Fantastic Customer Service I spoke with UTO employee, Ceci Chan. She was very professional and knowledgeable about UTO Vacation policies. I asked her my question and she immediately had an answer, and even better, it was one I really liked! Even if she had given me "bad news" I would have still given her 5 stars.
