Fine until things went wrong This agent was good at helping us to find a holiday - offering options/costings etc, but hopeless an unsypmathetic when our holiday went wrong due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We had to come home early and were left in the hands of the tour operator who was having an emotional breakdown and Spear Travel who kepot referring us to the tour operator. We had to organise our own flights at additional cost back home as the operator was unable to help us. Having bought the holiday through Spear we expected more help from them, but they basically kept batting us away

Spear Travel Skipton - Excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently booked a trip to Iceland with Sian at Spear Travel in Skipton and they were excellent. Sian and the team went above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for us. They researched hotels and excursions to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for and even checked us in, printed our boarding passes and advised us where to get information about any ongoing Covid-19 restrictions. I would highly recommend. Thank you for helping to make our trip incredible

Failed to reserve hotel room for a business trip. … They set up a business trip for the organization I work with and they did not pay for my room. Our company gave them our business card to arrange our trip. We booked this ahead of time, have reservations, and I still need to give the hotel my own personal card to get access to a room they already arranged and paid for. I just want to lay down after traveling all day. No one in spear travel is answer or responding. DO NOT use this company!

Booking effected due to Covid-19 hard… Booking effected due to Covid-19 hard to reach staff and when you finally do the couldn’t care less! Lesson learned - book elsewhere!!
