Failed to reserve hotel room for a business trip. … They set up a business trip for the organization I work with and they did not pay for my room. Our company gave them our business card to arrange our trip. We booked this ahead of time, have reservations, and I still need to give the hotel my own personal card to get access to a room they already arranged and paid for. I just want to lay down after traveling all day. No one in spear travel is answer or responding. DO NOT use this company!

We wanted to book a Tui Break we thought booking through an independent agent we would get a better service, she had no idea about the country we asked about, she tried to convert us to somewhere else said it was cheaper and a better rating, We were not interested in a bargain we just wanted the holiday we asked for. Ended up going back to Tui in Lichfield to book what we wanted at least the girl their showed interest in us and not herself.

Have used Spear travels in Thame many… Have used Spear travels in Thame many times and spent a great deal of money with them, a recent cruise I have booked with them has now been offered over £2500 pound cheaper, I spoke at length to the cruise company who informed me that Spear travels where the only ones that could do anything, spoke to them many times with no result. Have cancelled the cruise and have possibly lost my deposit of £1200, but will see what a solicitor has to say about that. won't be using them again.
