I would giveBookIt.com 0 stars if… I would giveBookIt.com 0 stars if possible. This company is a SCAM! Worst customer service! They have recently stolen thousands and a thousands of dollars from customers after cancelling trips and leaving no means for communication with the company and NO REFUNDS! They recently left hundreds of travelers stranded without payment to their hotels therefore having to pay double. I won’t use them EVER again.

My trip was canceled by Bookit 60 My trip was canceled by Bookit 60, plus days ago and I am still waiting on my refund. I had other trips to be canceled I have received my refund already. Not a Happy Camper right now! Will I used Bookit in the future will see..

These people are absolute criminals!!! These people are absolute criminals!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. They stole money from thousands of people. We booked our trip through bookit in March 17th for the end of August. On March 21st bookit cancelled our trip and sent us an email indicating we would not receive a refund. They even had the nerve to update our trip itinerary to make it look like they refunded us when they did. THEY SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR DELIBERATELY STEALING MONEY!!! DISGUSTING!!!

Booked my vacation with book it...had… Booked my vacation with book it...had never used their services and I can honestly say that it was very easy and convenient. Prices were very competitive compared to other sites....I shall return to book again!!!
