GBNever Again During Covid, Like everyone else bookit told us to recoup our money with the bank we paid with rather than giving out refunds. To top it off when we needed to talk to someone about our vacation we got a popup stating they are closed and basically go pound sand. Never will use again. Bad customer service and bad experience.

GBWas anyone successful with getting… Was anyone successful with getting there monies back from Florida attorney general.....They claim 1000s of people received refunds after they went after BOOKIT. I never got my monies back and should have been one of the claims and because I did not submit my proofs of purchase in a timely fashion I lost almost 700. This is not fair and I cant wait until my attorney calls me back.

GBBookIt steals your money If I could, I would give less than 1 star. This company robbed thousands of families and individuals. They took money away during a pandemic and committed fraud by not providing the services people paid in advance for. This company needs to reimburse everyone they stole from and close their doors permanently. The owners are selfish individuals who should never run a business!

BEWARE***************WATCHOUT*********************FRAUDS*******************************(SCAMMERS************* BOOKED with them through them with all confirmation monies and card paid showed up to no rooms for my family vacation in destin Florida at the Hilton H2 suites. No booking, no rooms no confirmation. Most hotels will now tell you they have zero correlation with bookit.com

GBTrip cancelled with no refund This company is horrible. Trip cancelled BY THEM in early march. This was before the travel bans become active. Instead of allowing their customers to reach out to them, they kept everyones money, fired employees and diconnected their phone lines.Website and email stated bookit will not be issuing refunds AND told us to contact our card company for help. Put in a transaction dispute with our bank. Over 2 months later bookit responds to the dispute stating they refunded our money. The bank shows no record of a refund. They are trying to blame COVID for the cancels. Honest companies DO NOT leave their customers high and dry with no contact. Do not book with this company. We have used them previously with no issues. DO NOT BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIMS!
