They have recently stolen thousands and a thousands of dollars from customers after cancelling trips and leaving no means for communication with the company and NO REFUNDS! They recently left hundreds of travelers stranded without payment to their hotels therefore having to pay double. I won’t use them EVER again.

GBSCAM SCAM SCAM Bookit said they halted operations in March 2020 due to Covid-19 and canceled alot of reservations including mine. I am am currently fighting to have the money I paid refunded by my credit card company. Bookit com stated they were unable to process refunds and still have yet to do so for the thousands of people they scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GBThese people are absolute criminals!!! These people are absolute criminals!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. They stole money from thousands of people. We booked our trip through bookit in March 17th for the end of August. On March 21st bookit cancelled our trip and sent us an email indicating we would not receive a refund. They even had the nerve to update our trip itinerary to make it look like they refunded us when they did. THEY SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR DELIBERATELY STEALING MONEY!!! DISGUSTING!!!

GBNever Again During Covid, Like everyone else bookit told us to recoup our money with the bank we paid with rather than giving out refunds. To top it off when we needed to talk to someone about our vacation we got a popup stating they are closed and basically go pound sand. Never will use again. Bad customer service and bad experience.

GBThis company is horrible…Finlaws should be in jail This company is nothing but a horrible family run business that promises to offer a “flexible pay delay payment plan” for your dream vacation, when they in turn take those payments, but never actually pay the airline or the resort. They cancel your booking and then send you back to your credit card company to dispute the charges. This takes months and months and they fight it! So many times the consumer is out both the trip and the money paid to BookIt! How in the world this business is not shut down and the Finlaw family is not yet behind bars is baffling to me!
