FRAUDS IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY The most Deplorable Service in the industry of travel! BEWARE***************WATCHOUT*********************FRAUDS*******************************(SCAMMERS************* BOOKED with them through them with all confirmation monies and card paid showed up to no rooms for my family vacation in destin Florida at the Hilton H2 suites. No booking, no rooms no confirmation. Most hotels will now tell you they have zero correlation with bookit.com

Scammed by Bookit.com They Shut down their business and took our money.We booked a trip and they cancelled it, we received no credit no refund and they have the nerve to not answer the phones. They claim it’s Covid-19, but back open and taking reservations for future trips. No return calls, customer service workers are limited and they computers have no information on helping us with our booking. They ruin a family vacation and caused more pain to my family than Covid-19 did.

Company is a Scam...Stay Away I honestly have no idea why this place got any great reviews. Bookit.com cancelled my almost 7,000 USD vacation to Jamaica and told me to take it up with my credit card company because they are not issuing refunds. I disputed my claim and Bookit had the nerve to rebill me (fight the dispute) saying they issued me a credit, which is complete horse manure. This company is a scam. Save yourself the anguish and stay far far away from this company!!!!!

Was anyone successful with getting… Was anyone successful with getting there monies back from Florida attorney general.....They claim 1000s of people received refunds after they went after BOOKIT. I never got my monies back and should have been one of the claims and because I did not submit my proofs of purchase in a timely fashion I lost almost 700. This is not fair and I cant wait until my attorney calls me back.
