Never Again During Covid, Like everyone else bookit told us to recoup our money with the bank we paid with rather than giving out refunds. To top it off when we needed to talk to someone about our vacation we got a popup stating they are closed and basically go pound sand. Never will use again. Bad customer service and bad experience.

Was anyone successful with getting… Was anyone successful with getting there monies back from Florida attorney general.....They claim 1000s of people received refunds after they went after BOOKIT. I never got my monies back and should have been one of the claims and because I did not submit my proofs of purchase in a timely fashion I lost almost 700. This is not fair and I cant wait until my attorney calls me back.

Bookit.com are Thieves! If I could, I would give negative stars ro this scamming, thieving company! I paid in full for a vacation package to Bookit.com. They canceled my vacation kept my money and basically ghosted everyone that had packages through them. They then reflected that they credited everyone back their payments which is a flat out lie! Myself and the overt 2000 other impacted people have been fighting for 3 months tying to recover our money from our credit card companies! Some folks were left stranded during their vacations having to pay again because Bookit did not pay! Horrible!

I was charged by a motel that I had… I was charged by a motel that I had booked, and then cancelled within an hour, which was months before cancellation time ran out. When I reported it, they requested evidence, which I sent. I continued to be asked for more information which again I sent and then they just started over with the same emails. i never received my money back. The company is not to be trusted!

This company is horrible…Finlaws should be in jail This company is nothing but a horrible family run business that promises to offer a “flexible pay delay payment plan” for your dream vacation, when they in turn take those payments, but never actually pay the airline or the resort. They cancel your booking and then send you back to your credit card company to dispute the charges. This takes months and months and they fight it! So many times the consumer is out both the trip and the money paid to BookIt! How in the world this business is not shut down and the Finlaw family is not yet behind bars is baffling to me!
