No booking, no rooms no confirmation. Most hotels will now tell you they have zero correlation with bookit.com

I was charged by a motel that I had… I was charged by a motel that I had booked, and then cancelled within an hour, which was months before cancellation time ran out. When I reported it, they requested evidence, which I sent. I continued to be asked for more information which again I sent and then they just started over with the same emails. i never received my money back. The company is not to be trusted!

They have recently stolen thousands and a thousands of dollars from customers after cancelling trips and leaving no means for communication with the company and NO REFUNDS! They recently left hundreds of travelers stranded without payment to their hotels therefore having to pay double. I won’t use them EVER again.

Horrible, use anyone but bookit Horrible, bookit cancelled trip! They cancelled flight and hotel and never refunded money!! Still battling banks and credit cards for refunds! SCAM SCAM SCAM Bookit said they halted operations in March 2020 due to Covid-19 and canceled alot of reservations including mine. I am am currently fighting to have the money I paid refunded by my credit card company. Bookit com stated they were unable to process refunds and still have yet to do so for the thousands of people they scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
