We booked our trip through bookit in March 17th for the end of August. On March 21st bookit cancelled our trip and sent us an email indicating we would not receive a refund. They even had the nerve to update our trip itinerary to make it look like they refunded us when they did. THEY SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR DELIBERATELY STEALING MONEY!!! DISGUSTING!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Bookit said they halted operations in March 2020 due to Covid-19 and canceled alot of reservations including mine. I am am currently fighting to have the money I paid refunded by my credit card company. Bookit com stated they were unable to process refunds and still have yet to do so for the thousands of people they scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
