on the ticket i bought it said "one… on the ticket i bought it said "one personal item and one hand baggage" turns out it was only one personal item even tho it clearly says on the ticket both, and i have to pay 400 us dollars for the hand luggage that they said came with. dont buy from this site, its a scam and they wont help you.

Their website which has glitch made duplicate bookings and they have not returned my money for the duplicate booking since eleventh of april 2024. On the eleventh of April,sfter booking two return air tickets to Manila Colombo with "AirAsia" on your website I entered my credit card details and bank confirmation code to pay.I saw the messages telling me that; "This translation takes a few minutes. please wait". I had waited for nearly twelve minutes and the payment was not confirmed.Out of the frustration of long unusual delay, I changed my mind to proceed with further booking with your website and log out. Later, when I checked my emails, I noted two emails of booking confirmation with the two reference numbers.I was disappointed to see two different duplicate confirmations with double payments.
