Overall a Good Experience The overall experience was good but the flight schedules and rates are a little bit hard to sort. The ticket processing time was impressive and the e-ticket was received immediately after booking instead of taking time till 24 hours.

Buget Air Stole $358.78 from me I bought 3 one way tickets from Guadalajara, Mexico to Seattle, WA. These 3 tickets included 3 carry bags & 1 checked in bag. They canceled the checked in bag, but I never saw the email canceling it. When I got to the airport, I found out they never told Volaris about any of the baggage. I tried to convince Volaris and showed them my confirmation from Budget Air to no avail. They said I had to talk with them.. I spent around $358.78 to get the 3 carryon bags and 1 checked bag so I could get on my flight. When I talked with them after my flight, they were unwilling to accept any responsibility.

False advertising / avoid! Cancellation fee was advertused as 60euro, but when tried to cancel, they asked for a fee more than 200eur + additional fees related to fare change. Unacceptable!
