I just purchased a ticket from them I just purchased a ticket from them, the website is super easy to use, not like other budget websites that have too many Upsell Toggles, where you eventually make a mistake and end up purchasing something you don't need. The reviewer who said they paid for luggage on the website, that's not possible. BudgetAir does not allow you to purchase a bag from them, only from the airline direct. I saved 20% by booking with them. So let's hope it was worth it.

Fraud team don't take tickets from… Fraud team don't take tickets from them. Not able to contact them my flight is cancelled due to whether . When I contact with airlines they told only ticket agent can give reschedule and refund . But there is no way to contact them I mailed them but no response.. They don't provide contact number anywhere fraud team

False advertising / avoid! Cancellation fee was advertused as 60euro, but when tried to cancel, they asked for a fee more than 200eur + additional fees related to fare change. Unacceptable!
