Worst experience had with Akbar travels Worst experience had with Akbar travels We mistakenly trusted this agency and lost money for no reason. We booked a returned flight from Dxb to Toronto with layover on USA. Unfortunately when we reached airport we were stopped for not holding US transit visa, when we contacted Akbar travels for help their operator bishnu was very rude to me and instead of apologising he accused me for not checking rules in fact he didn't help us,moreover he told us to send email which was sent already but till now no reply. We contacted direct airline they agreed to help us but this agency is worst.

Got Refund on time First the flight booking procedure for Mumbai to Bangalore was very easy. When I had to cancel Akbar Travels understood my problem and helped me get refund in the promised time. Very much reliable services.

Fake and pathetic customer service Fake and pathetic customer service. Etihad cancelled flight and informed Akbar Travels and they were least bothered to inform us. We went to airport with infant in hand an the flight was rescheduled aftee 3 days. "Merlin" from Akbar Travels said they had high call volumes so missed the call from Etihad. Seriously??? Irfan, Vishnu, Merlin and Shahid are the fake customer agents who promised refund and vanished somewhere. Do not trust Akbar Travels... They are pathetic.

Thailand visa process Recently I applied for Thailand visa through them. They have the worst staff who are extremely rude and never respond in timely manner. Moreover, the staff lacks professionalism and fail to give proper information over call and email for the documents required from us and in turn blame us for not providing proper documents. The staff does not take onus of inefficiency and leave you suffering without any solution. Waste of money and energy.

Poor customer service Poor customer service I applied for my uae visa from their consultant Raj, who is basically just a salesman and has no idea how the visa works. They claim to grant uae visa in 2-3 day but when I did not receive visa, I called him and he explained reason for the delay which did not make any sense so I wrote email directly to company and then they started my visa process.aftet getting visa , I needed some more information which neither raj nor the company replied. I would recommend to go with some other company if you don’t want to keep on calling them because if there is any issue , they are not gonna reach you easily.just see my chat and you will realise how they ignore you.
