Great customer service Used Caribbean Rentals to book car rentals in four Caribbean Countries on my cruise. The agent meet us at the port and we’re very friendly. We received a great package bundle. All in all, it wasn’t a bad deal.

Excellent service. We wanted to hire a car in Holetown Barbados but my credit card was blocked on payment. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They let me ring my bank in the UK, drove my husband back to where we were staying to collect my mobile (a pin code had been sent to it). We couldn’t have had better service.

One star is actually too much One star is actually too much. The worst service we ever received. Not enough they cancelled our reservation without a reason leaving us without a car in Aruba, they did not want to provide a refund, their customer service is atrocious with staff saying they will not resolve the query unless we call US number, their UK number doesn’t work and they never respond to messages on time - be careful when you deal with them - stay away as they only take your money!

This company is a scammer! This company is a scammer! I booked a car in summer 2018 at Grenada Airport. It was confirmed and I paid by Credit Card. On arrival I had to harmfully realize that there was no office from this company at the airport! I had to take a car from another company on the spot and paid again. Very sad that some people still try to make money this way...
