SCAM SCAM ADVISER!! CARIBBEAN RENTALS IS A FRAUD! AVOID!! Do NOT book with Caribbean Rental Cars, they will STEAL your money (including your deposit) and in most cases you will not receive any car. This company is a fraud as attested by various reviews on Google and other websites - they created various profiles to try to hide the negative reviews. In my case, I booked a car for 6 days in Curacao and once arrived there, there was no one to deliver my car. Once arrived at the airport, there was no car. I called the local agent and she told me that Carribbean Rentals had never paid any previous rentals and had stolen the money from the customers, reason why she didn't want to loose more money. After begging her, she felt sorry for us and didn't want to completely ruin our holidays (although it was Caribbean Rentals' fault, not hers), so she agreed to give us the car even though she said she would never receive the money. Now after months, Caribbean Rentals has not paid the local agent and furthermore they have not reimbursed me my deposit of 400+ Euros. When calling them, you always have to wait 30/40 minutes (if you are lucky) and each time they use excuses, false information or hang up the phone. Their customer care service is awful, a total scam. BE WARNED: These guys are professional SCAMMERS; they perpetrates frauds towards the clients and steal their money. Several people have been frauded by this company. AVOID AT ALL COST. I've contacted the Royal Barbados Police Force who is working on the case. I've informed also the Ministry of Tourism, and the Fair Trade Commission, plus the Newark Police Department since the company is registered in the US too. The company relies on the fact that customers gets tired to chase them and then give up their money. But in my case, I won't stop until I receive back my money, whatever it takes. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING CARIBBEAN RENTAL CARS - DO NOT DO IT.

Great customer service Used Caribbean Rentals to book car rentals in four Caribbean Countries on my cruise. The agent meet us at the port and we’re very friendly. We received a great package bundle. All in all, it wasn’t a bad deal.
