JPGood Experience but, wouldn't do it again. I booked my tickets through airtickets24 before reading any reviews. To be honest, after I read the reviews I was so afraid my booking would come with problems so I called the flight company directly was with KLM who were able to confirm my booking immediately. Fortunately, they had all my flights booked and secured. I had no contact with airtickets24 except for an e-mail with my booking confirmation and flight details. I think I was one of the lucky ones though after reading the reviews. If I ever had any problems where I had to change my flights or ask for a refund, I think it would be a different story. So far, great experience however wouldn't do it again as it seems like a high risk.

NZThiefs do not use this company This website is an absolute joke we have had to cancel our holiday to Bali which we were looking forward to all year as they were unable to process a date change for our outgoing flight and automatically they cancelled our return flight ! The people at the call centre were absolutely no help they can barely speak English the only word they have had to learn to perfect is sorry as no doubt they are constantly having to apologise and yet they do nothing to help rectify a problem! Do not use this company we will not get any of our $2500 back for flights and won't get a holiday this year! So frustrating! I have learnt my lesson to never book thru a cheap website it is worth paying more to go direct through an airline! This crowd closes the weekend and has cost us a fortune! Never written a review in my life but I'm just so annoyed at the lack of service and how wev been ripped up!

GBReport Fly24 My experience with Fly24 is so disgusting that I canon even bring myself to write about it. I am sick of documenting what has happened at this point. What I will say is that I have never been so angry that I have felt the need to express my anger on a forum before. I have lodged a complaint with trading standards and intend to ensure, even though I am a busy woman with a family, home and career and do not really have the time to pursue this, that fly 24 at stopped and soon. Please report your cases to trading standards as well as writing on these forums. I also intend to write to watchdog. It is absolutely atrocious that fly 24 are getting away with this!!!!

ILThe best price, easy web order, and no issues! I saw all the bashing and shaming of other reviews. I noticed that all the complains were after special changes requests. This is not Flight24 problem. It is the airline companies that are making all that expensive changes. It is similar to the case were you blame Flight24 in case the airline company didn't serve Coca Cola on the flight. I had no problems, everything went nice and easy. Even got promoted to a better seat without paying for it. We, the customers have to promote such companies, instead of irrelevant complains. Complaining and bashing is against our own interest. I believe that most of the bad reviews were from unhappy customers that didn't check and are blaming the delivery boy.

GBNever Use These Scum! Airtickeckets24.com is the worst worst booking agency on the planet they will not let you get a refund even if you submit within the aloted 24hr time period! They are in Athens Greece and doing business in the USA but don't work on the same timeframe nor are they 24hrs except to take your money terrible on the phone and made me waste 30 international minutes on the phone to deny me the app is OK but I don't recommend it until airtickets24.com is banned don't use this company period they suck!
