Report Fly24 My experience with Fly24 is so disgusting that I canon even bring myself to write about it. I am sick of documenting what has happened at this point. What I will say is that I have never been so angry that I have felt the need to express my anger on a forum before. I have lodged a complaint with trading standards and intend to ensure, even though I am a busy woman with a family, home and career and do not really have the time to pursue this, that fly 24 at stopped and soon. Please report your cases to trading standards as well as writing on these forums. I also intend to write to watchdog. It is absolutely atrocious that fly 24 are getting away with this!!!!

I can't believe we booked through these people. We had our problem with Airtickets24 who also operate under a number of other names, no doubt changing them as their business dries up as a result of bad reviews.some of their other names are..... mytrip.com | pamediakopes.gr | trip.ru | airtickets24.com | fantasticgreece.com... and there are, no doubt others. They appear to be based in Greece and like they country's phonetic similie they are real slippery customers. We booked for three of my wife's family to come out to NZ from Indonesia. They arrived OK but then we needed to change one of the flights reasonably urgently so my wife emailed Airtickets24 explaining the problem. THE EMAIL WAS IGNORED. My wife rang them a number of times before getting them at 11:00pm NZ time. She explained what we wanted and was told they would email details of the changes within 24 hours. THE EMAIL DID NOT ARRIVE. Eventually, 6 days later, someone rang from Airtickets24 to see "if they could help" I told them they could help by cancelling the ticket and refunding the money less cancellation fees. THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS' ASSOCIATES.

Fees NOT listed in checkout or web page! Beware this scam. If you read the positive review titles you can see that they are advertisement slogans posted by this agency. Being told that there are hidden fees I read every item during the purchase and checkout--there was absolutely nothing about the charges that continue to be added to my credit card! My next action is to report them to the BBB and Credit Card agencies.

Good Experience but, wouldn't do it again. I booked my tickets through airtickets24 before reading any reviews. To be honest, after I read the reviews I was so afraid my booking would come with problems so I called the flight company directly was with KLM who were able to confirm my booking immediately. Fortunately, they had all my flights booked and secured. I had no contact with airtickets24 except for an e-mail with my booking confirmation and flight details. I think I was one of the lucky ones though after reading the reviews. If I ever had any problems where I had to change my flights or ask for a refund, I think it would be a different story. So far, great experience however wouldn't do it again as it seems like a high risk.

Awsome When traveling to Greece this year, we booked with flights24.com for the first time. The website is excellent and its simple enough to easily use. The booking process was also simple for us to complete. We found lots of different options enabling us to choose the ideal flight package for our holiday. What's more the price couldn't be improved upon by any of their online competitors. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and we will use them again for our next planned trips.
