Awsome When traveling to Greece this year, we booked with flights24.com for the first time. The website is excellent and its simple enough to easily use. The booking process was also simple for us to complete. We found lots of different options enabling us to choose the ideal flight package for our holiday. What's more the price couldn't be improved upon by any of their online competitors. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and we will use them again for our next planned trips.

Terrible service Bought a ticket and after a week was told that Emirates had cancelled the route completely. They were going to get back to me with alternatives. It took them a month to let me know that Emirates did not have any alternatives. This was a WEEK before the flight was supposed to leave. They then refunded me LESS than the amount that I paid originally and left me having to pay for the residence cancellation all by myself. (Noted that they have only said they are going to refund me at this point. I have not received my refund yet and I am honestly worried if I will ever see the money.) This completely ruined my plans and they honestly just did not care. Terrible service from Emirate and AirTickets24.com Avoid them at all costs.

The best price, easy web order, and no issues! I saw all the bashing and shaming of other reviews. I noticed that all the complains were after special changes requests. This is not Flight24 problem. It is the airline companies that are making all that expensive changes. It is similar to the case were you blame Flight24 in case the airline company didn't serve Coca Cola on the flight. I had no problems, everything went nice and easy. Even got promoted to a better seat without paying for it. We, the customers have to promote such companies, instead of irrelevant complains. Complaining and bashing is against our own interest. I believe that most of the bad reviews were from unhappy customers that didn't check and are blaming the delivery boy.

Fees NOT listed in checkout or web page! Beware this scam. If you read the positive review titles you can see that they are advertisement slogans posted by this agency. Being told that there are hidden fees I read every item during the purchase and checkout--there was absolutely nothing about the charges that continue to be added to my credit card! My next action is to report them to the BBB and Credit Card agencies.

Fraudulent Behaviour Airtickets24.com is a complete fraud. They sold me Business Class tickets for US$5,000, then issued tickets that were ECONOMY. I tried to cancel, and they agreed to cancel, cause it was THIER fault. They have NOT yet refunded my US$5,000, however, two months have passed and the amount was deducted from my bank account. This is crazy, they've basically stolden US$5,000 by selling Busienss Class tickets reconfirming them, then issuing Economy. Now I'm out U$5,000 Please Do NOT user Airtickets24.com Beware.
