Thiefs do not use this company This website is an absolute joke we have had to cancel our holiday to Bali which we were looking forward to all year as they were unable to process a date change for our outgoing flight and automatically they cancelled our return flight ! The people at the call centre were absolutely no help they can barely speak English the only word they have had to learn to perfect is sorry as no doubt they are constantly having to apologise and yet they do nothing to help rectify a problem! Do not use this company we will not get any of our $2500 back for flights and won't get a holiday this year! So frustrating! I have learnt my lesson to never book thru a cheap website it is worth paying more to go direct through an airline! This crowd closes the weekend and has cost us a fortune! Never written a review in my life but I'm just so annoyed at the lack of service and how wev been ripped up!

I booked a roundtrip ticket for my girlfriend and I from New York to Miami on a Tuesday evening, and we received the tickets the following day. Easy, fast and cheap way to book flights I've never used a travel agent to organise a holiday but sometimes I can see the attraction if you have to spend lots of time searching and checking information from many different websites. Thankfully I didn't have this headache when using flights24. The website is very straight forward you give your travel dates and destination and it compares airfares from hundreds of airlines so you can see which are the cheapest and which fly direct. I was able to find a cheap flight and the booking process was quick so I'd give it 5 stars.

Cheap airfares to be found! I first used flights24 about two years ago but since then I hadn't made any bookings throught them until this April. I found cheap flights to Key West for my vacation with a few friends. Finding suitable flights only takes a few seconds and then after you select one you are onto the booking page. The booking process is straight forward enough but you need to uncheck travel insurance if you dont need it as it's automatically added to your order. I received the confermation email shortly after making the booking and then received my etickets a few days later.

Fraudulent Behaviour Airtickets24.com is a complete fraud. They sold me Business Class tickets for US$5,000, then issued tickets that were ECONOMY. I tried to cancel, and they agreed to cancel, cause it was THIER fault. They have NOT yet refunded my US$5,000, however, two months have passed and the amount was deducted from my bank account. This is crazy, they've basically stolden US$5,000 by selling Busienss Class tickets reconfirming them, then issuing Economy. Now I'm out U$5,000 Please Do NOT user Airtickets24.com Beware.
