JPGood Experience but, wouldn't do it again. I booked my tickets through airtickets24 before reading any reviews. To be honest, after I read the reviews I was so afraid my booking would come with problems so I called the flight company directly was with KLM who were able to confirm my booking immediately. Fortunately, they had all my flights booked and secured. I had no contact with airtickets24 except for an e-mail with my booking confirmation and flight details. I think I was one of the lucky ones though after reading the reviews. If I ever had any problems where I had to change my flights or ask for a refund, I think it would be a different story. So far, great experience however wouldn't do it again as it seems like a high risk.

ILThe best price, easy web order, and no issues! I saw all the bashing and shaming of other reviews. I noticed that all the complains were after special changes requests. This is not Flight24 problem. It is the airline companies that are making all that expensive changes. It is similar to the case were you blame Flight24 in case the airline company didn't serve Coca Cola on the flight. I had no problems, everything went nice and easy. Even got promoted to a better seat without paying for it. We, the customers have to promote such companies, instead of irrelevant complains. Complaining and bashing is against our own interest. I believe that most of the bad reviews were from unhappy customers that didn't check and are blaming the delivery boy.

JPFraudulent Behaviour Airtickets24.com is a complete fraud. They sold me Business Class tickets for US$5,000, then issued tickets that were ECONOMY. I tried to cancel, and they agreed to cancel, cause it was THIER fault. They have NOT yet refunded my US$5,000, however, two months have passed and the amount was deducted from my bank account. This is crazy, they've basically stolden US$5,000 by selling Busienss Class tickets reconfirming them, then issuing Economy. Now I'm out U$5,000 Please Do NOT user Airtickets24.com Beware.

NZI can't believe we booked through these people. We had our problem with Airtickets24 who also operate under a number of other names, no doubt changing them as their business dries up as a result of bad reviews.some of their other names are..... mytrip.com | pamediakopes.gr | trip.ru | airtickets24.com | fantasticgreece.com... and there are, no doubt others. They appear to be based in Greece and like they country's phonetic similie they are real slippery customers. We booked for three of my wife's family to come out to NZ from Indonesia. They arrived OK but then we needed to change one of the flights reasonably urgently so my wife emailed Airtickets24 explaining the problem. THE EMAIL WAS IGNORED. My wife rang them a number of times before getting them at 11:00pm NZ time. She explained what we wanted and was told they would email details of the changes within 24 hours. THE EMAIL DID NOT ARRIVE. Eventually, 6 days later, someone rang from Airtickets24 to see "if they could help" I told them they could help by cancelling the ticket and refunding the money less cancellation fees. THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS' ASSOCIATES.

KRTerrible company This company wouldn't give you any refund even though when you contact them a month before the flight. I've never used such a stupid service like this.
