Really poor Really poor. Expensive, no family ticket online, long wait for a bus (over an hour, when the company info says every 30 minutes). When the bus came it was full to bursting already. Driver taciturn and very poor, unclear and almost non-existent commentary. Added to which, when you do book online it isn't made clear that you will have to be kicked off the bus at Stachus to collect a paper ticket - despite the online voucher having a QR code. All around, we are disappointed and will never book such a tour again! Avoid avoid avoid.

Try somewhere else Bought the Woodbury tour. 2023 and they send you "vouchers" that requiere you to call and "converter" into tickets at least a day before your trip. I have been waiting in line for over 8min, making this international call for no logical reason at all and still don't know if the tickets are ok. Frustrating for say at least.

Grand canyon maverick helicopter flight Their literature is misleading- shows helicopter against backdrop of beautifully coloured cannon wall. Paid for trip to canyon floor and boat ride then flight back up Boat cancelled - nothing offered to substitute (which would have involved helicopter setting down and collection from a point downstream). Flight was short directly to canyon and then down in a pretty bland part of the canyon (nothing like that shown on advertising). About 15-20 mins to take a few pictures - nothing inspiring to see apart from being in a gorge. Then flight back to base - up and out of the gorge and back by most direct route. Having flown on a helicopter and I felt they could have flown along the gorge more - they would have had to to collect us from the non existent boat. And the set down point was pretty uninteresting - you see as much from the rim. OVERALL A WASTE OF MONEY.

You will not receive the service you… You will not receive the service you order. I ordered private transport, but when we were picked up, the chauffeur also had to pick up another couple up. I've been trying to write to them, but they do not respond to mails.

Grayline medical is a total scam Grayline medical is a total scam. You order something on their website, they send you a part or something that sounds similar to what they advertised. Had to call my bank to stop payment. Ordered shower chair fir $411.00 they sent a vinyl head rest saying that's what I ordered. Called them, they hung up as soon as I said I was sent wrong item. Finally after 3 calls, same person that answered and gave different names, my heart sank, I realized it was a scam website. My bank filed a claim, refunded my money, but the website is purposely worded to give them opportunity to contest the denial of billing. Run from This company. Believe it's one of several similar websites they use advertising lower price medical items, they will rip you off!
