GBAbsolutely shocking customer service Absolutely shocking customer service. Holiday booked for 5 in October - £8100. 7 weeks to go and we are informed flights are cancelled but if we want to continue with the holiday they are looking for £143 extra - EACH - for the change in flights??? This should be done free of charge. Not the way of things tbh. Poor communication - unable to contact them despite several phone calls and emails. Not ABTA registered.

ESOur booking process was the easy part Our booking process was the easy part, from then on, it's been very hit and miss. We now have a contact but after many phone calls back and forth, we are now 16 days away from our dream holiday and honeymoon with friends and still have no idea if we will actually be able to get our sea plane to our Maldives resort. Initially when we booked, the EK flights would have arrived in time however, because of the delay with Virikson not issuing tickets, we were then given alternative flights which now land too late to connect. If you have a flight itinerary booked at a low cost, the company have to issue the tickets either the same day or within 24hours to secure that cost. If they don't, you will lose that booking. Flights are not confirmed until the tickets are issued. FACT. Being in the travel industry myself for over 25 years, I was lucky enough to know this but many are being told their flights have been cancelled and asked to pay more. I am hoping and preying that our contact will be able to sort this out for us at this stage but I'm not convinced. Never again will I put my faith in a company such as Virikson Travel. If it gets sorted, I'll post an update so lets wait and see shall we........

GBAbsolute shambles of a Company Absolute shambles of a Company. Waited nearly 2 years to finally get my money back. They said it will be paid in 1-2 days. That was 1 year ago. Constant phone calls and emails trying to get my money back from a holiday that never happened because of Covid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. your heart will be broke with them. They have normal English names but they are obviously oriental speaking. Scam springs to mind. Just glad I got my money back after 2 years. Will never use this shambles of an outside again.

GBHeart Broken my friends organied this… Heart Broken my friends organised this holiday for me as I have been recently widowed. They booked a holiday with this company in good faith. 7 weeks before we fly out we have been informed that flights have been cancelled and a day will be lost at the resort due to alternative flights to add injury to insult this will cost us more money. We are left in a very difficult situation. The company have not been communicating regularly and very difficult to get a hold of. The whole situation has been very stressful and greatly disappointing. The whole situation so unfair we feel backed into a corner
