What a joke What a joke! They took my money and promised me a rebate after we returned but sent me nothing. Rep after rep said it will be sent but I received nothing. They scammed me and looking at their reviews why would anybody do business with this business. I have told every cruiser I bump into my story. Hopefully in a small way people can be informed about how deceptive cruise.com is.

Cruises.com does not Stand by Their Price Guarantee Cruises.com publishes a best price or 110% of the difference policy. If you prove you found the exact same cruise at a lower price they will ignore your phone calls and emails. This happened to me and I am still owed nearly $600 from a celebrity cruise booking. I should have known something was suspicious when other customers were calling while I was booking my cruise and they said "they knew who was calling", "the person was annoying". Likely another customer like the many writing reviews here who were deceived.

BEWARE of cancellation fee rule to… BEWARE of cancellation fee rule to confuse everyone. I paid cancellation insurance to protect me from cancellation fees but nope. A couple of days after I made the reservation I decided to cancel since I could not get a good air fare to and from the cruise dock. Cruise.com even had a promotion of $500 airfare savings for each passenger but nope. So I ended up paying $100 cancellation fee anyways. What a rip-off this company is. Never again.

Reservations on the "Allure of the Seas" Kim Badeker booked our oceanview stateroom which was in a good location to get to all the venues. We received all our literature via email, and were able to book MyTime dinners and shows without problems. The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! While on board we booked another cruise in 2016 on the RCL Anthem of the Seas, and asked the onboard agent to book it thru Cruises.com...but neglected to mention Kim's name, so we hope she will get credit for this booking. We thank you for the onboard credit of $25, and for the efficient manner of booking our reservation.

No.. No way cruise.com.... Takes forever to be connected with staff member. Staffs are not well trained to find out ways to resolve problems. Error in forwarding information to the cruise. Put me on hold over 30min several times. When the staff member cannot resolve an issue, the call was disconnected because of "TECHNICAL" issue, and I have to call again to wait forever to be connected with other staff member, explaining things again, waiting on hold again... Overall, terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never recommend to use this place.
