Always a pleasure I have used this site to book three cruises. Each time the transactions were handled completely an professionally. Also, each time I needed to amend a reservation, ask questions, or anything else my emails were answered within 48 hours without fail. Also, on the last two cruises we received an additional $50 OBC as a nice way of saying "Thank You" for our business. I'll never book directly through a cruise line again!

DO NOT USE THEM DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. I was denied a $500 refund even though my cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda scheduled in May 2020 was canceled because of COVID19. Royal Caribbean refunded me approximately $1200, but Cruise.com would not refund their booking fee. They're dishonorable and dishonest. Don't waste your time.

You should be more attentive to… You should be more attentive to customers. We paid for a cruise that ended up not even going to the intended port of Labadee, Haiti (Royal caribbean). No options, no credits, etc, not even a cancelation option. Food was horrible(even parts of dinner package) , the internet package was as bad as it can be(after paying through the roof for it), the majority of the personnel was plain rude(NOT ALL) and then their survey email does not let you post and was deleted. I guess because I was writing a negative review. I have used Cruise.com with flying colors before and this is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review.

Tried to reschedule the cruise I had… Tried to reschedule the cruise I had reservations for because nobody at princess cruises or cruises.com had any clue as to what documents are needed to board the ship for Alaska. In the end the customer always loses. I lost the entire $1500 I paid for the trip. Wont help with a reschedule or any other options. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more. The work "Crooks" comes to mind.
