GBWARNING!!! WARNING!!! This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more. The work "Crooks" comes to mind.

GBAwful Awful! Overpaid for a cruise other sites were offering for less. Would NOT match, would NOT refund deposit. Felt like I was misinformed. Told to wait for final payment and they would give better pricing then time to pay and said I had no proof I was told I would get better pricing. Hold for an hour to speak to agent then two hours to speak to a supervisor. Do not return calls or emails half time.

CHNo.. No way cruise.com.... Takes forever to be connected with staff member. Staffs are not well trained to find out ways to resolve problems. Error in forwarding information to the cruise. Put me on hold over 30min several times. When the staff member cannot resolve an issue, the call was disconnected because of "TECHNICAL" issue, and I have to call again to wait forever to be connected with other staff member, explaining things again, waiting on hold again... Overall, terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never recommend to use this place.

GBYou should be more attentive to… You should be more attentive to customers. We paid for a cruise that ended up not even going to the intended port of Labadee, Haiti (Royal caribbean). No options, no credits, etc, not even a cancelation option. Food was horrible(even parts of dinner package) , the internet package was as bad as it can be(after paying through the roof for it), the majority of the personnel was plain rude(NOT ALL) and then their survey email does not let you post and was deleted. I guess because I was writing a negative review. I have used Cruise.com with flying colors before and this is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review.

GBWhat a joke What a joke! They took my money and promised me a rebate after we returned but sent me nothing. Rep after rep said it will be sent but I received nothing. They scammed me and looking at their reviews why would anybody do business with this business. I have told every cruiser I bump into my story. Hopefully in a small way people can be informed about how deceptive cruise.com is.
