GBCruise.com is dishonest Cruise.com is a dishonest travel agency that will not honor their post cruise rebates. They promised us a rebate from the agency 6-8 weeks after return but you can forget about it. Even the employees there known this is a scam to draw you in. I highly encourage to stay away from cruise.com unless you want them to continue this sham. Every employee or worker bee has the same line: "a check is being processed that you will receive within a few weeks". However they know this dishonest agency with hundreds of negative reviews is committing fraud. Hopefully they will be punished by either the cruise lines or state authorities.

GBWhat a joke What a joke! They took my money and promised me a rebate after we returned but sent me nothing. Rep after rep said it will be sent but I received nothing. They scammed me and looking at their reviews why would anybody do business with this business. I have told every cruiser I bump into my story. Hopefully in a small way people can be informed about how deceptive cruise.com is.

GBAwful Awful! Overpaid for a cruise other sites were offering for less. Would NOT match, would NOT refund deposit. Felt like I was misinformed. Told to wait for final payment and they would give better pricing then time to pay and said I had no proof I was told I would get better pricing. Hold for an hour to speak to agent then two hours to speak to a supervisor. Do not return calls or emails half time.

GBCruises.com does not Stand by Their Price Guarantee Cruises.com publishes a best price or 110% of the difference policy. If you prove you found the exact same cruise at a lower price they will ignore your phone calls and emails. This happened to me and I am still owed nearly $600 from a celebrity cruise booking. I should have known something was suspicious when other customers were calling while I was booking my cruise and they said "they knew who was calling", "the person was annoying". Likely another customer like the many writing reviews here who were deceived.

GBYou should be more attentive to… You should be more attentive to customers. We paid for a cruise that ended up not even going to the intended port of Labadee, Haiti (Royal caribbean). No options, no credits, etc, not even a cancelation option. Food was horrible(even parts of dinner package) , the internet package was as bad as it can be(after paying through the roof for it), the majority of the personnel was plain rude(NOT ALL) and then their survey email does not let you post and was deleted. I guess because I was writing a negative review. I have used Cruise.com with flying colors before and this is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review.
