GBThis company is just a joke This company is just a joke. They promised a $50 gift card when we booked our Greek cruise from them last May, have not received anything yet. Called this lady named Johnny multiple times told me it's been processed, i asked for a screenshot, or confirmation number, nothing...Just avoid this company, not trust worthy.

GBAwful Awful! Overpaid for a cruise other sites were offering for less. Would NOT match, would NOT refund deposit. Felt like I was misinformed. Told to wait for final payment and they would give better pricing then time to pay and said I had no proof I was told I would get better pricing. Hold for an hour to speak to agent then two hours to speak to a supervisor. Do not return calls or emails half time.

GBStaff very courteous and helpful, especially Victoria Soto. We, party of four, very senior citizens and computer illiterate, would appreciate very much if stuff like boarding pass and luggage tags can be downloaded for us so that we can print them out at the local library. We would certainly do business with Cruise.com again in the near future if prices are reasonable. Good job. Keep it up!!!!

GBDO NOT USE THEM DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. I was denied a $500 refund even though my cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda scheduled in May 2020 was canceled because of COVID19. Royal Caribbean refunded me approximately $1200, but Cruise.com would not refund their booking fee. They're dishonorable and dishonest. Don't waste your time.

CHNo.. No way cruise.com.... Takes forever to be connected with staff member. Staffs are not well trained to find out ways to resolve problems. Error in forwarding information to the cruise. Put me on hold over 30min several times. When the staff member cannot resolve an issue, the call was disconnected because of "TECHNICAL" issue, and I have to call again to wait forever to be connected with other staff member, explaining things again, waiting on hold again... Overall, terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never recommend to use this place.
