GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! I encountered what I perceived as rudeness and a lack of responsibility in addressing my concerns. Specifically, I experienced that they could not do their job, such as unhelpful responses and a long answer delay for a straightforward question. They kept transferring the call to 5,6 different persons. Also, they need to learn how to appreciate their customers. They all talked like an A-hole. They raised their voice at me while I was nicely asking for their assistance. I'm so upset and even more regretful that I booked for 22 people, including me.

CACelebrity Cruise Lines Celebrity Cruise Lines, Millennium ship, cancelled the fall sailing out of Tokyo. We were given less than a week to respond to their limited alternatives. We chose one by their deadline, and are still waiting for a refund on our deposit, paid 5 months ago, let alone a promised payment for the airline penalties to change our tickets. Then today our travel agent said we could go after all. We booked another, non CELEBRITY CRUISE, pd penalty for new airfare, and still waiting for promised payments from Celebrity. Our travel agent told us it’s complicated. Not from where I sit, I paid, they said they can’t deliver, just pay me what is owed. On or about April 26 date this horror story started.

GBWARNING!!! WARNING!!! This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more. The work "Crooks" comes to mind.

GBReservations on the "Allure of the Seas" Kim Badeker booked our oceanview stateroom which was in a good location to get to all the venues. We received all our literature via email, and were able to book MyTime dinners and shows without problems. The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! While on board we booked another cruise in 2016 on the RCL Anthem of the Seas, and asked the onboard agent to book it thru Cruises.com...but neglected to mention Kim's name, so we hope she will get credit for this booking. We thank you for the onboard credit of $25, and for the efficient manner of booking our reservation.
