CHNo.. No way cruise.com.... Takes forever to be connected with staff member. Staffs are not well trained to find out ways to resolve problems. Error in forwarding information to the cruise. Put me on hold over 30min several times. When the staff member cannot resolve an issue, the call was disconnected because of "TECHNICAL" issue, and I have to call again to wait forever to be connected with other staff member, explaining things again, waiting on hold again... Overall, terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service. I will never recommend to use this place.

CA.Great service . Ask for Sacha. No difficulty booking two cruises. All questions answered promptly. Options and prices were clearly understood. No hesitation in booking another cruise with Cruise Plus. Sacha was patient and well informed.

GBTried to reschedule the cruise I had… Tried to reschedule the cruise I had reservations for because nobody at princess cruises or cruises.com had any clue as to what documents are needed to board the ship for Alaska. In the end the customer always loses. I lost the entire $1500 I paid for the trip. Wont help with a reschedule or any other options. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

GBWARNING!!! WARNING!!! This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more. The work "Crooks" comes to mind.

GBRefund problems from Cruises.com (Sucks) I had a cruise cancelled because of the Pandemic and have nothing but headaches getting my refund from cruises.com. Royal Carribean was great and refunded everything in a timely manner. Cruises.com has been awful. The person we are dealing with (Emily) has been great so I assume it's the policies from the corporation. I keep getting told wait another 10 days, I'm tired of waiting. I'll never use cruises.com again nor will I recommend the company to anyone I know.
