GBAlways a pleasure I have used this site to book three cruises. Each time the transactions were handled completely an professionally. Also, each time I needed to amend a reservation, ask questions, or anything else my emails were answered within 48 hours without fail. Also, on the last two cruises we received an additional $50 OBC as a nice way of saying "Thank You" for our business. I'll never book directly through a cruise line again!

GBYou should be more attentive to… You should be more attentive to customers. We paid for a cruise that ended up not even going to the intended port of Labadee, Haiti (Royal caribbean). No options, no credits, etc, not even a cancelation option. Food was horrible(even parts of dinner package) , the internet package was as bad as it can be(after paying through the roof for it), the majority of the personnel was plain rude(NOT ALL) and then their survey email does not let you post and was deleted. I guess because I was writing a negative review. I have used Cruise.com with flying colors before and this is the first time in my life I have ever written a bad review.

GBNo Deposit Required Booking cruise with cruise.com was fast and efficient. Small complaint was that no deposit required could not be honored even though other sites could. I didn't realize other sites were doing no deposit for the same cruise until my booking was completed. Also, I had a question about requirements if I could not make sail date and what my options could be but couldn't get a call back from booking agent after several messages.

GBReservations on the "Allure of the Seas" Kim Badeker booked our oceanview stateroom which was in a good location to get to all the venues. We received all our literature via email, and were able to book MyTime dinners and shows without problems. The ship is gorgeous and the shows were ;positively outstanding! While on board we booked another cruise in 2016 on the RCL Anthem of the Seas, and asked the onboard agent to book it thru Cruises.com...but neglected to mention Kim's name, so we hope she will get credit for this booking. We thank you for the onboard credit of $25, and for the efficient manner of booking our reservation.

CACelebrity Cruise Lines Celebrity Cruise Lines, Millennium ship, cancelled the fall sailing out of Tokyo. We were given less than a week to respond to their limited alternatives. We chose one by their deadline, and are still waiting for a refund on our deposit, paid 5 months ago, let alone a promised payment for the airline penalties to change our tickets. Then today our travel agent said we could go after all. We booked another, non CELEBRITY CRUISE, pd penalty for new airfare, and still waiting for promised payments from Celebrity. Our travel agent told us it’s complicated. Not from where I sit, I paid, they said they can’t deliver, just pay me what is owed. On or about April 26 date this horror story started.
