GBDO NOT USE THEM DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE. I was denied a $500 refund even though my cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda scheduled in May 2020 was canceled because of COVID19. Royal Caribbean refunded me approximately $1200, but Cruise.com would not refund their booking fee. They're dishonorable and dishonest. Don't waste your time.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! I encountered what I perceived as rudeness and a lack of responsibility in addressing my concerns. Specifically, I experienced that they could not do their job, such as unhelpful responses and a long answer delay for a straightforward question. They kept transferring the call to 5,6 different persons. Also, they need to learn how to appreciate their customers. They all talked like an A-hole. They raised their voice at me while I was nicely asking for their assistance. I'm so upset and even more regretful that I booked for 22 people, including me.

GBBEWARE of cancellation fee rule to… BEWARE of cancellation fee rule to confuse everyone. I paid cancellation insurance to protect me from cancellation fees but nope. A couple of days after I made the reservation I decided to cancel since I could not get a good air fare to and from the cruise dock. Cruise.com even had a promotion of $500 airfare savings for each passenger but nope. So I ended up paying $100 cancellation fee anyways. What a rip-off this company is. Never again.

GBCruises.com does not Stand by Their Price Guarantee Cruises.com publishes a best price or 110% of the difference policy. If you prove you found the exact same cruise at a lower price they will ignore your phone calls and emails. This happened to me and I am still owed nearly $600 from a celebrity cruise booking. I should have known something was suspicious when other customers were calling while I was booking my cruise and they said "they knew who was calling", "the person was annoying". Likely another customer like the many writing reviews here who were deceived.

GBWARNING!!! WARNING!!! This company uses deceptive advertising practices. Just completed a cruise where free Signature Beverage Package, $200 onboard credit, and free specialty menu dinner reservation were promised. NONE were delivered. When called from the cruise ship to rectify, Cruise.com said they gave the best price for the suite on the ship and would provide no more. The work "Crooks" comes to mind.
