Without a doubt the worst airline i… Without a doubt the worst airline i have ever flown on, lost my luggage, complete incompetence and always different dubious stories from different Delta employees when trying to find out where my luggage was and couldn't really give a dam about the distress it can cause, especially when travelling to a remote area that is difficult to find clothes to buy

Do not fly Delta Terrible Airline, not at all interested in the customer. Payed extra on top of seats already booked for extra legroom but once on board the seats did not have extra legroom at all. They refuse to refund me the extra money and want to offer me a discountvoucher for my next flight. Really!!!!! I don't get what I pay for but you keep the money Delta?

Do a better job of being on time I started getting notifications about 7am that my 2pm flight was an hour late. I got to the airport early and talked to a ticket agent who said I would have 20 minutes to catch the connecting flight and would be fine. After moving very slowly to board and takeoff, I started getting notifications that my next flight would be boarding soon. I asked a flight attendant about this and he couldn’t help me. He was very nice but didn’t help me. After we landed and as we taxied in, I got a notice that my flight was taking off. So Delta started sending me notices to choose another flight. But the earliest flight I could choose didn’t leave for another 9 1/2 hours and included a layover before getting home. So, it ended up taking me an extra 19 hours to get home. And the worst part is that I talked to 3 Delta employees and none of them helped me at all. The crazy part is that I felt even though they were warning me all day that I was going to have these long delays, there was absolutely nothing I could do about it

Expect to miss your next flight Service was eh and I had a flight from Boston to Alanta. We arrived and my next flight to Phx was already booking people on so I missed my flight. Southwest has always been great. Wish I never tried Delta.
