On my flight to Saint Martin and the return flight to Tallahassee On my flight from Tallahassee, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia we were told that after we had already boarded the plane that there was an uneven weight in the wings so we had to wait until the fuel truck came back to the plane and added 500 gallons of fuel. Because of that I was late making my connecting flight in Atlanta. After standing in line for 15 minutes, waiting to speak to somebody in customer service the man behind the counter not so nicely. Explain that my connecting flight was also delayed and that they were actually boarding. I got this information sent to me in a text 15 minutes before , the plane was too board! as I’m sure you know the Atlanta airport is not an easy airport to get from one place to another so I had to at the age of 73 run to my next boarding terminal. On my return flight from Saint Martin to Atlanta everything was going pretty well until we boarded the plane and for the next 3 1/2 hours all of us on the plane had to listen to a child literally scream for 3 1/2 hours. I know that’s not your fault but unfortunately, the last five or six rows at the back on the right hand side of the plane the movies weren’t working. We couldn’t even put earplugs in to drowned out the screaming child. I will say that the flight attendants did try to get the TVs working, but they never did work for the whole flight . We couldn’t even download a game because they wouldn’t download my whole experience with flying on Delta from the beginning of my vacation on April 3 to the end of my vacation on April 10 was a stressful, exhausting, bad experience I don’t believe I will fly on Delta again . My friends I was meeting in Saint Martin had flown on American And had no problems. I think I’ll stick to cruising.

Do a better job of being on time I started getting notifications about 7am that my 2pm flight was an hour late. I got to the airport early and talked to a ticket agent who said I would have 20 minutes to catch the connecting flight and would be fine. After moving very slowly to board and takeoff, I started getting notifications that my next flight would be boarding soon. I asked a flight attendant about this and he couldn’t help me. He was very nice but didn’t help me. After we landed and as we taxied in, I got a notice that my flight was taking off. So Delta started sending me notices to choose another flight. But the earliest flight I could choose didn’t leave for another 9 1/2 hours and included a layover before getting home. So, it ended up taking me an extra 19 hours to get home. And the worst part is that I talked to 3 Delta employees and none of them helped me at all. The crazy part is that I felt even though they were warning me all day that I was going to have these long delays, there was absolutely nothing I could do about it

Poor loyalty program since 2023 Their service on board is EXCELLENT. They offer good food, entertainment, and information. I used to love Delta but their new Skymiles program benefits only rich people. It's MUCH HARDER to earn status. They want to push Delta Vacations (I get better options and prices elsewhere). It's just not worth it. They have also limited benefits from credit cards, which makes it even less worth it to travel with them. Why bother?

On March 16 2024 I booked a flight… On March 16 2024 I booked a flight round trip from las to bos at 11:37 Pm I had 23 hours to cancel the flight with instant refund to original form of payment. I cancelled at 2 pm in afternoon on March 17 2024 I have had to do this before and as long as I am the first 23 hours of booking I get instant reimbursement. No response No credit No contact NOTHING This is horrible customer service 4 days later nothing If they think they are keeping my money Like the song say "They got another thing coming"
