GBOn my flight to Saint Martin and the return flight to Tallahassee On my flight from Tallahassee, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia we were told that after we had already boarded the plane that there was an uneven weight in the wings so we had to wait until the fuel truck came back to the plane and added 500 gallons of fuel. Because of that I was late making my connecting flight in Atlanta. After standing in line for 15 minutes, waiting to speak to somebody in customer service the man behind the counter not so nicely. Explain that my connecting flight was also delayed and that they were actually boarding. I got this information sent to me in a text 15 minutes before , the plane was too board! as I’m sure you know the Atlanta airport is not an easy airport to get from one place to another so I had to at the age of 73 run to my next boarding terminal. On my return flight from Saint Martin to Atlanta everything was going pretty well until we boarded the plane and for the next 3 1/2 hours all of us on the plane had to listen to a child literally scream for 3 1/2 hours. I know that’s not your fault but unfortunately, the last five or six rows at the back on the right hand side of the plane the movies weren’t working. We couldn’t even put earplugs in to drowned out the screaming child. I will say that the flight attendants did try to get the TVs working, but they never did work for the whole flight . We couldn’t even download a game because they wouldn’t download my whole experience with flying on Delta from the beginning of my vacation on April 3 to the end of my vacation on April 10 was a stressful, exhausting, bad experience I don’t believe I will fly on Delta again . My friends I was meeting in Saint Martin had flown on American And had no problems. I think I’ll stick to cruising.

NLDo not fly Delta Terrible Airline, not at all interested in the customer. Payed extra on top of seats already booked for extra legroom but once on board the seats did not have extra legroom at all. They refuse to refund me the extra money and want to offer me a discountvoucher for my next flight. Really!!!!! I don't get what I pay for but you keep the money Delta?

FRNul point Nul point. The rating here on Trust Pilot does not surprise me. Should have checked before we booked! Missed a connection. Delta's fault. Girl at lounge was kind (we had to go there to ask what to do - no other guidance) but otherwise complete lack of empathy from Delta staff at Boston. We are very frequent fliers and know what good looks like. Never again. KLM (who we booked with), what were you thinking code sharing????

GBOn March 16 2024 I booked a flight… On March 16 2024 I booked a flight round trip from las to bos at 11:37 Pm I had 23 hours to cancel the flight with instant refund to original form of payment. I cancelled at 2 pm in afternoon on March 17 2024 I have had to do this before and as long as I am the first 23 hours of booking I get instant reimbursement. No response No credit No contact NOTHING This is horrible customer service 4 days later nothing If they think they are keeping my money Like the song say "They got another thing coming"

GBWorst airline ever! Worst airline ever!! we bought a seat for our son and the seat was given to some one else we had to hold him! AVOID THIS AIRLINE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!
