Was charged $200 just to reissue my boarding pass when there was an error in the order of my name (Middle Name had to be shifted to the Last Name field to match the machine readable area on my passport). Absolutely ridiculous especially since Spirit and Allegiant (supposedly budget airlines) were more than happy to do it for free. The name change service was outsourced to another company called “Flight Trip Charge” as well which made the whole thing seem incredibly sketchy. Honestly thought as one of the major carriers in the US, I would be getting better service. Will definitely avoid Delta if I can in the future.

GBAwesome Customer Service 3 out 3 times today I got great customer service. I made a terrible mistake and Delta so kindly resolved the issue all three times I called. 1st I said I'll call back to check with what the discount travel site would do (nothing). 2nd phone got disconnected. 3rd it all worked out. All 3 customer service very nice and were able to offer a solution to my mistake, but I only remembered to ask at the end for Brianna's name She completed the home run of excellence.

GBExpect to miss your next flight Service was eh and I had a flight from Boston to Alanta. We arrived and my next flight to Phx was already booking people on so I missed my flight. Southwest has always been great. Wish I never tried Delta.

GBWithout a doubt the worst airline i… Without a doubt the worst airline i have ever flown on, lost my luggage, complete incompetence and always different dubious stories from different Delta employees when trying to find out where my luggage was and couldn't really give a dam about the distress it can cause, especially when travelling to a remote area that is difficult to find clothes to buy

GBAwful Awful. I'd paid extra for comfort+ so I could book seats and sit together, and Delta changed them all so we were no longer sitting together for some of the flights. Only got the seats I selected on one out of four of the flights. Staff were very rude when I was contacting them trying to sort this. They then didn't leave enough time for a connection and we missed our next flight. We were bumped down to economy and weren't even provided with biscuits for the next 8 hours we were in their 'care' trying to get to our destination, which we finally arrived at the day after intended.
