GBAva Hodges @ Delta Airlines can do the… Ava Hodges @ Delta Airlines can do the impossible. She is thoughtful compassionate knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are truly a blessing and an asset to me and to Delta Airlines.

GBAtrocious service and policies Atrocious service and policies. Was charged $200 just to reissue my boarding pass when there was an error in the order of my name (Middle Name had to be shifted to the Last Name field to match the machine readable area on my passport). Absolutely ridiculous especially since Spirit and Allegiant (supposedly budget airlines) were more than happy to do it for free. The name change service was outsourced to another company called “Flight Trip Charge” as well which made the whole thing seem incredibly sketchy. Honestly thought as one of the major carriers in the US, I would be getting better service. Will definitely avoid Delta if I can in the future.

FRNul point Nul point. The rating here on Trust Pilot does not surprise me. Should have checked before we booked! Missed a connection. Delta's fault. Girl at lounge was kind (we had to go there to ask what to do - no other guidance) but otherwise complete lack of empathy from Delta staff at Boston. We are very frequent fliers and know what good looks like. Never again. KLM (who we booked with), what were you thinking code sharing????

GBWorst customer service I booked my flight from delta.com but they put me on a flight operated by KLM and I was being put on the standby list by KLM. They treated us like trash after paying a lot to book a ticket with delta. Shame on delta airlines.

ARPoor loyalty program since 2023 Their service on board is EXCELLENT. They offer good food, entertainment, and information. I used to love Delta but their new Skymiles program benefits only rich people. It's MUCH HARDER to earn status. They want to push Delta Vacations (I get better options and prices elsewhere). It's just not worth it. They have also limited benefits from credit cards, which makes it even less worth it to travel with them. Why bother?
